I went to pay the monthly allowance and within 5 days they canceled my service for some reason. I went to show them the receipt but they refused to pay me back. Basically they took my money. Would not recommend coming here.

We just went here, let me tell you, dude in there RUDE and disrespectful. Don't go there unless you like being disrespected. He was talking about he had been working there for 20 years. Like boy, not with that attitude. He was trying to belittle, and wanted to make it seem like he was the smartest person in the world. Old man was getting everyone around upset. He's black, older, with an accent. He talks over people, and all.

I'm deeply disappointed to be writing this review. We recently replaced a lost phone at this store, and the woman who assisted us initially was superb. Unfortunately, the phone stopped working properly after just two weeks. Upon returning to the store, we encountered a different staff member who was extremely rude and hostile.
We simply wanted to return the faulty phone, which had not been dropped or mishandled. The staff member refused to offer a refund or find a reasonable solution to fix the phone. It appears they're selling old phones and are unwilling to stand behind their products.
There's no customer service or respect given to legitimate concerns. I fear other customers may come to this store expecting the same good service we initially received, only to be disappointed.
Unfortunately, the main MetroPCS store in San Leandro seems to have relocated or closed, forcing customers to try this location. I hope this review helps others avoid a similar frustrating experience."
