The guy quoted a price for an iPhone and in the end I paid with my card for half and he would have forgotten the cash if I had not said anything. The I had to ask for a receipt and he only texted me one for the amount I paid for on my card so, I had to go back and have him give me one for the rest but, he did everything he could to give me a fake receipt, trying to pocket the cash.i don't trust this store ? they are just and Authorized Dealer. Scam artist!!!

Clerk greeted me. Cheap plans. You can cancel or stop service at any time. For those with a friendlier budget can bring any phone that is compatible with their network. Check on their website. Sometimes the on-site inventory is lacking but the clerks would be happy to assist if you would like to buy and pick it up for another day. There is a payment kiosk to pay your bills. I was always charged some extra processing or administrative fee when I walked into the store to pay.

I just left store, horrible service. I wait to be seen, every sales person were either in heavy conversations among themselves or on their phones. I am a sprint customers so I went in for possible upgrade. The salesperson who finally help me was having a conversations with and someone on her personal phone. Never looked up , she called another to help her because she thought I was a t mobile customer she is not familiar with sprint she said. After having phone for 10 min, examining it for damage and again talking among themselves. To tell me that they don't having any phones in the store..

I went in to replace my phone and every device coming out of this store has a problem. The staff are rude and one of the chicks tried to jack me for my phone stylo pen. Slow service for everything.

Wish I could remember the guys name, but he helped us twice in the past six months and both times he was excellent. Specifically came to this metro the second time because he was so helpful and thorough. Come here for great customer service.

I was having trouble with my iphone, I stopped by to pay my bill and see if they could help fix it. The staff is always so friendly even if the store is really busy. I ended up getting a new android which is much lighter, so easier on my wrist. Thanks Metro!

Update so nothing ever happened. With Metro response. That Phone is still 200 and up and I never ended up with the phone I wanted. As I had to down grad for pricing reasons. Which this Phone sucks big time I pay $60 a month for a phone constantly Glitcheing. Runs routine random ads across my phone that you can not turn off. Also I thought $60 Plans were Unlimited data and or internet if I did not say it correct. I have more failed to get on line No internet found messages than service. I use the Phone and Service 50 percent and (Metro) and all the constant Flaws definitely takes over the other 50 percent. So shouldnt we farely split the monthly bill????? Just asking....?
