I wish I could give them zero stars. Me and my family sent our clothes to this business expecting them to get cleaned and pressed for our dear fathers funeral. Not only did we receive the clothes back dirty, but they were just as wrinkled as when we dropped them off and we were charged a high price!When we went back (which shouldn't have happened in the first place) we asked for them to properly wash and press our clothes again, but they rejected us and they refused to give us a refund. Absolutely sad.

They did such a horrible job! Terrible customer service. My family and I took a few shirts and pants to get serviced and when we went to pick up EVERY SINGLE ITEM was wrinkled. This is completely unacceptable and the fact she didn't offer any reimbursement or showed any remorse for doing such a bad job was just horrible. She refused to fix the issue at hand, leaving me with all the clothes I brought in wrinkled and still kept my money! Would not recommend! ZERO STARS!!!!!!

I had a terrible experience with this dry cleaner. Not only did they fail to clean my clothes properly, but the pressing was nonexistent. My clothes looked just as wrinkled and dirty as when I dropped them off. Complete waste of time and money. Avoid this place at all costs.

I would rate them with no stars if I could. They were expected to wash and press the clothing and pants. We received the clothes unclean and unironed, and they declined to issue a refund. I would not suggest.

The lady that works at Melody Cleaners refused to replace or compensate me for damaging my throwback Bo Jackson jersey. I have to take them to small claim court now.
