He sent me extra batteries FREE of charge and went well out of his way to make sure I was happy! Then I spoke with Tommy and he, too, went to bat for me. Now they are sending me a replacement pair! I dont know many companies that would do this ! I am so happy! Do yourself a favor and buy an incredible product that will increase the quality of your life.
