I am very glad to have this convenient market/taqueria in the neighborhood. Not always good for a large grocery run but they have a lot of the basics and nice tacos, nachos, burritos, etc. My only complaint would be the grandpa type figure who always sits by the door. Everyone else is very friendly but he never even smiles whenever I try to say hi. It's just uncomfortable having to see him each time being an unhappy looking grump.

The place is clean and the staff is nice. It's closer to my house than the downtown location and usually less busy. Big plus is they have their own parking. I used to order food to go from them all the time and it was just as good as in their downtown location. Unfortunately, not any more. I thought it was a one time thing but it kept happening several times in a row. The last few times the carne asada meat in my burrito smelled and tasted off, so did carne asada in my kids quesadilla and carne asada plate. We threw out so much food. Now I will stick to the downtown location even though parking is hard to find.

Love this place! My favorite spot for burritos and tacos. Very generous portions. And I love their unlimited chips!

Fabulous Mexican food in a taqueria attached to a market. Stopped to pick up lunch on the way to my kids' house including tacos, refried beans and rice. My husband loved the beans so much we had to pick some up on our way home the next day.

Only ordered a soft taco and a container of salsa. Taco was served with a large amount of protein. They have a free salsa bar but the chips are not complimentary. The entire store and restaurant is very clean. I appreciated this. Hope this helps! I'll have to return another day to try their burritos. I deducted a star because the cashier in the restaurant wasn't very pleasant to interact with.

No flavor and hella bland! Everyone that has came here and said the food is soooo good; please stop it! Go to the Location in San Leandro and try the food there! Then ask yourself; which one is better? This Dublin location food sucks. I should of ate Taco Bell!

I love ordering burritos and tacos to go from here. The meat options are grand. I prefer the grilled meats. Very kind cashier! Took my order and called me a "caballero". I'll have some more of that!

Good grocery store. If I go to the restaurant next door I get chilaquiles.

I moved a block away from Los Pericos market in 2019 and have had a good experience with them in the many times I have been there. The food from the restaurant side is good and reasonably priced. Additionally, the market side has all the basic produce and staples you need in a pinch, and I always go there for arrachera. Unfortunately, I had an unfortunate experience today that I can't let pass. I went in to grab some produce for dinner, and I noted that the young gentleman standing by the front door (I have never seen him before, and it seems like he normally works in the restaurant side) was watching me closely by the fruits section. When I went into the next aisle to get my rice, he had moved from his station at the door and was on one of the check stand phones and staring at me again very closely as I grabbed more products to purchase. As soon as I grabbed my last item and walked up to the checkout stand near him to pay, he hung up the phone and peered around the checker to stare at me again. At that point I asked him if he was "finished watching me?" His only reply was "what are you talking about?" As I paid for my products I asked him again if he was done watching me, and I noticed him look towards the meat counter at the back of the store. I looked back there as well and saw two of the meat counter staff standing next to each other chatting and staring at me as well. At that point I realized that he had called the meat counter staff at the back of the store to help watch me as I shopped, to ensure that I didn't steal anything. I told him "I can't believe this, I come here all the time", but he had nothing to say. Needless to say, I am very disappointed with this experience. I understand that I am not of latin decent, but being black in your market alone should not be a reason for me to be treated different from any other paying customer. Again, I think this is a great market and restaurant for the neighborhood, but black folks, please be aware that you may be treated differently because you look different from their primary customer base.
