TWC did an amazing job on our kitchen! if you can do the demo yourself, you can save a lot of money. They only install counter and cabinets- you'll have to put in the faucet, appliances, hood, and garbage disposal. The ladies at the office are very helpful and did a great job in helping is pick out our new cabinets and counters and measuring to make sure everything fit perfectly- highly recommend!

Before I go to this store, I should check their review. Like other review, their service is very rude after you paid. After I paid, they don't want to load it for me, asked me more money to load a different one and had been trying to push me out store. Their countertop price is double or even triple than their neighbor store. Also, don't trust them. They loaded broken one or different color one for me. If you want low price, high quality and good customer service, please go their neighbor store or other store. It deserve zero star. wasted $1,000+

Let me warn you... don't even come here. I ordered white shaker cabinets from here in April, went to pick it up in June. When opening the boxes to inspect, almost every single piece had overspray, bent pieces , joints that didn't connect. We even asked for touch up paint in which they couldn't provide that also. They refused for us to further inspect any other boxes and refused to replace the damaged items. Stating that we should not open anymore and not to take the items. They refused to give us non defective items and unwillingly trying to work with us and tried not giving us a refund for items we never received. They treated us so rudely like we did something wrong. Definitely reported to the business bureau Unless you want a headache, shitty quality cabinets unlike their showroom, just avoid this place at all cost. I've worked with KZ and Pacific Home and they've all been a pleasure to work with. Biggest mistake of my life. Cost us 3 months delay and a lawyer.

Just check out their Yelp for a real insight into how they run their business. They provide very poor quality product and then make bogus claims that the reason their product is consistently problematic is because it needs to be installed by a professional contractor. I consulted a professional contractor and even he said their product is faulty. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Total scammers. Sold my 80 year old dad a bathroom sinktop with inadequate threading to mount the sink. A year later, the sink FELL THROUGH causing damage to our pipes and cabinet. When we explained the situation, not only did they offer no refund but sold us another sink without explaining it was final sale. Not only did the sink have the EXACT SAME PROBLEM, but they refused to honor their product and HUNG UP on me without letting offering any solution. DO NOT USE THEIR SHIPSHOD PRODUCTS

What in the world is wrong with all these woke, entitled, Karen-cry-babys sniveling about KINGWAY!? Never have I seen so many booty-hurt negative reviews for any business. I am a B-General Contractor that has been working with KINGWAY for over 10 years. Maybe 100 of my clients have installed KINGWAY Cabinets & Countertops. Even I installed KINGWAY cabs & countertops in my own home. Why? Because they have, hands down, the best "cost vs quality" ratio for IN STOCK cabinets in the entire Bay Area! Period! (Especially the Maple/Shaker Cabinets.) Further, they have a very hard working TEAM, in the warehouse and front office, that simply gets the job done! No, I don't get any kick-backs or special treatment. Frankly, I'm seriously not even sure they like me very much. Oh, so you don't speak Mandarin? Neither do I! And I rarely have trouble communicating my needs to these good people. Perhaps because I ask questions, remain calm, and double check everything; just like they do!? (I was just in there today smoothing out a modest order with Carmen. A Jewel of a woman (barely speaks english)) Do you all know who built the Railroads among many other things in our beautiful country? Take a minute to give consideration to this amazing, ancient Chinese culture; slow your roll, try a little patience, keep your EGO in check and you will find the QUALITY SERVICE you seek. The real problem is, so called, smart-phones! You act like an impatient, egotistical nitwit then don't get treated like a King or Queen, you run out to the parking lot in a fit of "I'll get you" rage and pound out a nasty review. Where does this kind of bad attitude get you in life? Well? Where exactly!? Ugh!

So I bought my cabinets from Kingway San Leandro, BIG MISTAKE! First of all, when I went to pay for it Cynthia the manager charged me the full amount, I told her i was supposed to pay 50% then the rest upon pick up, so she refunded and recharged me for $2400 of the $4400 order and I thought it was fair so I didn't argue. So she told me to come back in 10 days for pick up. So I did, everything was wrapped after they had put it together so we couldn't see what we bought. And they charged us for all kinds of paneling, crown molding, etc that we didn't need but she said take it and you can return it. But the whole time she was yelling at me saying I have to wrap them myself if I open them because I knew it was weird that I couldn't see my cabinets and it was conveniently packaged in a way that I could not see the faces of the cabinets. She continued yelling I can open each cabinet and repackage it myself or do what others do and take it and call them if there are problems.Fast forward to assembly and now we open the boxes a week later and we see the cabinet paint is not painted well, the ultra white looks like it was just primed. It scratches easily, and it doesn't look professional quality at all. A few areas were damaged upon opening the boxes. The paint job was horrible. I called the store to return the crown molding to make sure she kept her promise that I can return the extra paneling and I explained to IVY what Cynthia had told me. She said to just come in, she will give store credit, and we will figure it out. When I went there I warned my mom that she yells and I didn't want to face that bully alone. So she came along and she witnessed it too. I had a feeling she would not keep her promise. Fast forward to when I arrived to return merchandise, and I told Cynthia, the manager, that The paint job on the cabinets were not complete, She told me to go to Home Depot and paint it. It's ironic that when you buy new cabinets and spend over $4300 on it, the manager would say go to Home Depot and paint it yourself. I don't want half painted cabinets that won't last a year before I need to paint it! When we went in I had my receipt and she demanded I give it to her and she was yelling, but with corona virus in the community I didn't want to give her my receipt, it's best to look it up in her system and it is unnecessary to spread germs to one another when we can avoid it. She said she couldn't look up my receipt and that she can't help me unless I give her my papers. Then she told the gentleman that walked in," how can I help you?" While walking away from helping me. He stated he came in two months ago and did not get his refund, but turned in the merchandise. He told her that he didn't have a receipt, and conveniently, she looked up his receipt on her computer and gave him his money back.I told her how unjust and unfair it was that she looked up his statement and would not look up my receipt with my personal information-phone number, etc. She continued to yell, and I videotaped her and the employees when they she was yelling and refusing to help me. It was on videotape at the store. I hope the owner of kingway looks at the videos and listens to her unprofessional behavior, demeanor, and aggression. She said she will take 15 percent for restocking, when she promised me she would not. I told her I expect my full refund and I still had a purchase to make. She said she would sell me nothing. I said that is fine. Just give me my refund in full. She took my credit card for awhile and I couldn't tell what she was doing with it and said nothing. Then she helped another customer. Then I asked how much she is refunding, and she didn't answer. Then she said she wouldn't give me my credit card back or the receipt if I didn't erase the videos. Kingway Construction Supplies exceeded our expectations. I would give them 6 stars if I could. From the design, through the install process, everyone was on time, professional, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. They were all focused on ensuring we were 100% satisfied. We are thrilled with our new kitchen and the excellent service they provide. We would highly recommend!
