Although my visit was pleasant. It was rushed. I felt the need to talk fast and express what I was going through before the doctor could give me his trained response. The doctor explained well, what I could be going through. He wasn't concern with what I'm feeling only what he recommends. This was an orthopedic doctor and I have multiple orthopedic issues. I wanted to speak on all my pain but instead he kept it to one area and said I can make an appointment for my other issues. This is a big inconvenience. Also his recommendation wasn't good considering everything I have going on. I will continue to be an advocate for myself. Today's doctors seem to not really care. Maybe everyone is over worked and operating on auto pilot... not really caring.....

The appointment was on time, and everyone was very friendly and engaging. The Doctor asked important questions and listened to the answers and quickly assessed the situation and offered analysis of what was found and what needed to be done to alleviate the matter. All in all, he made things a lot better.

Emergency department is ridiculously long. Took my 6 week old because he had a bruise on his head and stomach but waited in the lobby for 3 hours. they averaged about 2 patients an hour, it is not the first time of me being there and sometimes they are slower.

I wasn’t expecting to see the doctor. I thought I was just getting bp check. She checked everything and gave recommendations. She made sure I understood her.

Steven was great. I received a call prior to my appt to save time and get an x-ray first. We were able to review and come up with a plan pretty quickly. I really felt he listened and understood my issue.

This is just for ED only. I went here because of an excruciating pain, possibly connected to my kidney. I'm actually writing this right now while waiting for my turn to get checked. I've been waiting for 3 hours now and some have been waiting longer than me. I heard they say it's usually busy on saturdays. But why? I bet because lack of staff, not because there's just a lot of people trying to get checked. Some of the ED techs are nice, but most aren't. There was a lady who just wanted to ask for an update but the tech let her line up and didn't answer her question, there was a guy who was on a wheelchair that was clearly waiting in line and the security placed him beside the waiting line and when its his turn he got skipped and had to line up at the right line since the ED tech didn't know how long was he waiting at the wrong line that the security put him on. There's another guy who's a fall risk and needs help but the security said he has to wait in line. And workers here are mad at each other, they don't get along and lack of communication. This place is a joke. Emergency department my ass why you gotta reason "it's busy" like this is a restaurant. I get that they're prioritizing major cases than minor, but wouldn't it be more infuriating if you go here for a minor case and they let you wait for 4+ hours just to be told that you need to take meds or something? Please enlighten me. Minor cases trying to seek emergency assistance too

At Kaiser San Leandro, CA. Seems like the cleaning/maintenance crew doesn't do their job right. Pile of dust by the window. Can you just imagine the storage area, cabinets etc how dusty. Ewww. I won't be surprise if I see crickets, cockroach, spiders, rats etc. Don't put everything inside your mouth :)

On Dec 8, 2023 my father Jesse Wyatt had procedure in the Vascular Surgery department. My dad went into Kaiser with a full set of Dentures and upon returning to KPPACC didn't have his teeth. When I discovered the issue I immediately alerted the doctor's and nurses and to date no teeth have resurfaced. I have been following all of the protocols to file a complaint, including the authorization for me to speak on my father's behalf along with providing the $9994 bill from our dentist to get the teeth replaced. I have sent 2 letters via fax and have made several phone calls to a Dino D Senior Consultant, spoken with several co-workers, supervisors and managers in Member Services and have received no response. My father has to have 24 hour care and needs his teeth to eat. The lack of response from Kaiser has brought me here. I would greatly appreciate a response and a new set of teeth for my father. We are extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism from Kaiser regarding this issue.
