Rosa and Martha at State Farm are absolutely amazing! Over the past 6 years I've had to call the office for information about my policy or questions about my deductible or coverage . Every single time I call, Rosa or Martha answer the phone immediately and I have never been put on hold. They take time to answer my questions, look up my policy, give advice about what I should do etc. and I never feel rushed and never feel like I'm bothering them. They are very knowledgeable and kind. Mr. Garcia, you are lucky to have such wonderful employees! Give these gals a raise!Thank you Rosa and Martha for taking such good care of me.

Had to give 5 stars to this amazing team of people at Jerry Garcia’s State Farm office ! It’s not just insurance - Jerry gives great financial advice & helped us with many important decisions while getting ready to retire. The office staff are ALWAYS so quick to respond with any questions or problem I have.So glad we switched to State Farm & Jerry’s team for all our vehicles, boats, toys & home insurance !!

Jerry Garcia is the best insurance agent…we have bundled coverage on our home, auto’s, and boat with Jerry. Over the years we have developed a relationship with Jerry and the girls in the office. We have never had any problems with any claims that we have had, and they were prompt to help us. Top-notch customer service. We will never leave State Farm because of Jerry Garcia and crew. Bottom line is we trust Jerry to look out for us. These days that’s important. We go over our coverages regularly to make sure we’re covered should anything (God forbid) happen. I recommend him every chance i get.

I want to say Jerry is very pleasant and so helpful to talk to. He only informs you about things that will better your situation and not anything more . That is rare these days. He takes the time to really listen to your needs. I've been with him for many years and wouldn't think about going anywhere else.

Jerry Garcia and his team have been handling my home insurance for more than 10 years. He's proactive in making sure I have the right coverage while making sure I'm paying the best price. But, what's really important is he and his team were there when I had to make a claim after a home burglary. They were there to help me find a contractor to make repairs to my home where it was damaged during the break in and they walked me through the process to itemize the items lost. They really stood by the slogan, "Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there". If you're looking for someone to handle you're insurance, I recommend you check with Jerry and his team.
