I ordered some artificial turf. Salesman, Mario, was very pushy. The reason I was switching to turf was because of the gophers and I explained this a to him. After install the gophers kept coming and I was was told by others that I should have had a gopher mesh installed...something that their salesperson didn't mention. He was trying to keep the cost down so I would purchase so he undersold me!! Very unhappy.

At least on the day we were there at around 7 pm, no one was in appliances to help us. Waited, went to front cs desk twice. Waited some more. Asked for the manager, who was MIA as well (surprise). We left after wasting 40 minutes.

Make sure you dont have anything to do for 2hrs cus the self checkout never works and they only have one teller at all times so i had to wait in a like of more then 10 people with only one teller open save your patience and go to oakland or hayward

For a HD, its pretty good. You've got to know what you need, and use their app to help you find stuff in the store. When its busy its tough to find help, but that again is HD. I like this location better than Hayward or Oakland. We visit a couple of times a week for the Oakland Zoo.

1) You walk in & the security guard has his head down & is on his phone...when we went in & still when we came out. 2) The parking lot is filthy & I'm not sure if HD is responsible for cleaning up or if it's the center's responsibility...either way, hire more people to keep the parking lot clean. 3) There's never anyone who can help you. But please, read on... BIG HACK!! Thank me later. Go to the Home Depot website on your phone, search for the item & there you'll know what aisle to find your item in & even if they have it or not. Because otherwise, you'll never find what you're looking for.

The Christmas tree area opens at "8am" which is not the same as the store's hours, and they don't open on time either. I have been here for more than half an hour waiting.

There are people that hang out in the parking lot waiting to steal your vehicle. I got broken into and they would have stolen it if not for my dog inside. The security guard said it was the 3rd vehicle *that day* that got broken into

I usually don't shop at any Home Depot stores because it's really hard to receive help from Staff, whenever I shop at any of these stores, I find another costumer to help me out, if they have time. On my last night visit, I was very impressed, I received help from Joel, Sergio and, I am sorry, didn't asked for the cash register's name but she was very nice and professional. Joel and Sergio took the time to help me with my home improvement project. Wish ALL Home Depot Staff had the same professionalism as these three people mentioned above. Giving five stars to Joel, Sergio and Cash Register Lady, thank you

Don't call and ask for help. The girl answering the phones this morning hung up on me when I asked for the customer service number. I also asked for the return policy and she knew nothing to help. She was very rude. When I called back, there was no answer just ringing for a whole minute.

Consistent basic inventory across all locations. Open at night is good. This is important when I need materials or a tool when working away from home. Sometimes it takes a while to find something in the bigger stores and it’s hard to get the app to work at a new location.
