I went in here for the first time a few weeks ago because I wanted to start on a Gundam kit that weekend. I'm *SO* glad I did! The guy who helped me saved me *SOOO* much time researching and figuring out what kind of model I wanted to go with. SERIOUSLY. THANK YOU. He gave me information that I didn't even know to look up! Best customer service ever. I was very happy with the kit I left with and I eventually came back this past weekend for some more. Woo! I would definitely recommend coming here if you want to peruse a large selection of merchandise with helpful costumer service.
One bit of critique I would add is that initially, I did have a hard time finding the entrance since it's in a strip of warehouse-fronts that all look similar, but once I found it, woo! (Maybe put a balloon or anime stand-up or something out front the door to make it obvious it's for the entrance to the Anime store for other directionally impaired and semi-blind/unintentionally oblivious folks like me?) Just a suggestion - you probably have it mentioned somewhere more specifically what to look for and I probably overlooked it.

A great little shop tucked into an industrial estate. Staff are friendly and chatty.
Great selection across a range of anime/manga themed merch. Mecha addicts will be please with the assortment, those who go for figures and trinkets will also be pleased.
Prices are about what you'd expect for an importer to get the product in country and then make a reasonable profit and stay in business. It's that sweet spot range to make it worth your while when picking up 2-3 items. Any more than that and you might be better served first seeing if you can have it shipped from a Japan-based retailer like HLJ.

Employee was very helpful even recommended another store where there were figures at. Great inventory lots of model kits, action figures and statues. Great prices as well definitely want to come back soon

Nice workers, not overpriced, there's a room with a ton of different anime figures, a room full of plushies, and much more in the back.

Awesome anime store! Figurines are pretty recent and up to date. Has anime figures, gundam/mech, gacha items, scrolls, plushies.

Awesome place, the staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was surprised with their Gundam selection. Heck when I was in there they had 5 different PG models in stock!!! I do wished it is a bit more organized in there. Items are all over the place even all over the floor. Their paint selection is behind a counter that is in a small room so you'll need to kinna have to ask if they have the color you're looking for then someone will come in and look if they have it. Overall it's a pretty cool spot.

The staff there are very kind and welcoming that i would visit again. The shop has so many selections from charms, stickers, blind boxes, to figures and plushies! They even carry a variety of products based on very popular anime like Haikyuu, Demon Slayer, Jujutsu Kaisen and video games like Genshin Impact, Kirby and Pokémon. Defiantly recommend to anyone that really loves anime! :)
