Had leg cramps last nite. ' Low on nutrients. I knew the clerk could guide me on getting supplements to stop the cramps. He was very knowledgeable! I'm very cautious and picky about what I take. I'm a senior that doesn't have to take any meds, so I'm pretty much well read on nutrients. He was wonderful!

I remember passing by this place for the longest time and decided to step foot through the door about a year ago - I'm SO glad I did! I didn't realize that this has been a long-standing health and wellness store in my very own town of San Leandro! This is the only place where I purchase my vitamins. I am also pleased by the wide selection of herbal supplements, spices, and even teas! I bought my very first box of red ginseng tea here from Health Unlimited. They even do special orders upon request if you can't find what you're looking for. LOVE this place. A true gem!

Update: Serving the SL Community for 50 years! Friendliest staff and owner! I had been meaning to get myself an iron supplement (your girl runs cold) so today was a SCORE! Plenty of vegan finds too! Original: Stopped in today (not my first time), looking for a quick snack before heading out on my run. They recommended one of their protein vegan bars- it was yummy! Peanut butter and chocolate. Gave me the energy without being TOO filling. Per usual-staff was super friendly and asked if I needed anything. They have a wide selection of hard to find vegan things. Also- I noticed they carry my Tangerine Sweet Tea! Totally coming here to stock up instead of having to order online or head further out. Recommend coming here if you're looking for vegan items to make dinner or for snacks! They also have incense and crystals. Did I mention vegan ice cream? Yes they have that too! And kombucha! They have a big selection of vitamins and health products and the workers are always happy to help you find what you need or should get. The best part is that their prices are competitive or even cheaper then most places. For example, a guayaki brand Yerba mate is 3$ there, whereas the same can is 4$ at gas stations around San Leandro. This means you can shop knowing that your getting immediate access to many products you may otherwise have to research and order online, without any price gouging or surcharge for the convenience. Happy to have a local place like this in San Leandro.

The staff is helpful AND knowledgeable. I've been going here for years. I called last week to purchase black lava salt. This is s product that they're weren't familiar with and didn't carry. Not only did they look it up for me, but they also placed an order for me. I was able to pick it up the following week. It is one thing to have a reliable product, it is another thing to have a reliable product AND exceptional customer service! My family and I will continue to shop here!
