I haven’t been here for a few years but I’ll always come back with any auto body issues. Fresh auto has taken care of my previous car due to car accidents. I refuse to take my car elsewhere. They just took care of my 2023 Lexus.
Owner and Alondra (office manager) were extremely pleasant and took amazing care of my car. Shop is extremely clean and inviting. Esp being a girlie..we know how nervous it can be going into a body shop. The waiting area is comfortable and they even have snacks and water.
Felt at home and so happy my car is fixed :)) 10000/10

I went to Fresh Auto Body to have my rear bumper repaired and repainted. I would recommend everyone to visit them for all your repair needs. After getting into the accident I didn't want anymore hassle or to deal with the insurance. But Fresh Auto Body made it so simple. Call in to set a day to drop off the car then sent them my insurance info and a few days later was called to get my car! -They made the process so simple and easy to use my car insurance! -My car was finished in just a day in a half! -They cleaned and washed my car! -All of the staff was nice and friendly! -The location was clean and COVID compliant.

Wow this shop is terrible! Items stolen out of my car after it was taken here and scratches on the exterior. Save you time and money go anywhere but here! Not to mention the owner is homophobic.

I requested a quote to get my car repaired. I sent some pictures and contacted them by phone, a guy told me that he will call me back with an estimate that day, he never called me. I called back a week after and the same guy told me the same guy told me that he was gonna called me back in an hour and he never did. He should've told me that it wasn't a job that they couldn't do and not lie by saying that he was going to call me back. That's not professional.

So, who doesn't appreciate being the recipient of superb customer service? I certainly do! In my line of work, I strive to provide the public I serve with a pleasant experience. Needless to say I naturally pay attention to the quality of customer service I receive from the various establishments where I choose to spend my money. In fact, it is the level of customer service that will 9 out of 10 times determine whether I return to conduct business. I say all of the foregoing to say that Luis and Jesus at Fresh Auto Body Shop really went above and beyond to not only fix my significantly crashed car, but also to make sure that they honored the timeline and caused me the least inconvenience possible. Jesus was great at providing me with consistent progress updates and keeping me privy to information from my insurance company. The day they completed all of the necessary work on my car I was working late and had no way of getting to my car before the shop close. Jesus was kind enough to suggest picking me up from work. I was really impressed by his willingness to go the extra mile to make sure I got my car. I will, with no doubt, refer this Fresh Auto Body to friends and family. Thanks for taking care me, FAB!

Luis and his team are amazing. I gave him a call on Monday he picked up the vehicle on Tuesday. By Thursday my car was complete and looked better then when I drove it off the lot. From dents to scratches they do it all. I recommend everyone I know to bring there vehicles to Fresh Auto Body. Thanks Guys.

This review is long overdue as this is the second time I've brought my car here for repairs. Both times my car came out fantastic. Luis is very informative from start to finish, once the car is in his hands he deals with the insurance if there is anything needed in addition. I wouldn't hesitate to refer or bring my vehicle back here should I need repairs again.
