'We're not the Costco of flooring, Costco is more expensive than us," said Jack Normart the salesman at F&D. Well, Jack, you may be right about that, but one thing that is in no way deficient at F&D is the quality of the customer service. Simply a fantastic experience with all employees, especially Jack himself.

A Hugh Building with a great selection of things to choose from. Very Clean & Neat and the Staff are Very helpful , Professional & accommodating and will place Heavy Objects in your Vehicle. It Turns out a bunch of the Staff there " we" all share the same Almamator. " GO GATERS "!!! LOL if you haven't been Go take a Look, it's Like a Baby " Home Depot " With Better Caring Staff with reasonable prices. :)) !!!

Today my husband and I had a horrible experience we made the trip down from weed california after we talked with a Steve on the phone and were quoted $0.88 a sqft on some flooring. When we got to the store the employees were not helpful at all they tried to bait and switch us saying the flooring we called about the day before could not be discounted and was $0.30 more per sqft then what they quoted. They changed their story first saying they don't remember the phone call then saying they did and told us who we talked to and of course he wasn't there today. Very disappointed with the service we reciced we are buying 1000sqft of flooring and it doesn't seem beneficial to anyone to be so rude to customers. This store has lost my business and I will not be recommending them.

After a horrible visit at Lowe’s in Dublin (never go there) Floor and Decor was great! They had way more options at better prices and WAY nicer than Lowe’s. My man Alan was great he helped us the whole time even after I made a mistake and he had to put 7 extremely heavy boxes. Floor and Decor has a new life time customer I highly recommend them!!
