Called on July 16th (2019) to find a Dupont Epoxy primer that I had previously purchased at the old MLK location. I spoke with Carlos (who called me "Boss") and said they didn't stock it, took my name and number and told me he'd look into seeing if they could special order it. 6 weeks pass I called back he last week of August to follow up as it appeared he had no intention of calling back. Again, spoke to Carlos (who called me "Boss" again) and I gave him a hard time for dropping the ball the first time. He apologized, took down my name and number again and said he would look into whether they could get it in on the next shipment. I asked when that would be and he said by weeks end and he would let me know. 2 and 1/2 more weeks pass .... I just got off the phone with Carlos for the third and last time. This time I asked to speak with a manager. Manager was busy, so Carlos asked for my info so the manager could call me back. When I give him my name he remembers me and says "Oh, I was just about to call you back. I think we might have that product in South San Francisco. We just need to go get it". I COMPLETELY understand that I'm a small fish in a big pond. At most I'll restore two or three cars in my lifetime. I'm not ordering a hundred gallons of product at a time. But don't blow me off like that. You're wasting my time. I'm going to California Color Source and I suggest you do too. CCS 2100 Adams Ave San Leandro, CA. 94577

Best place to buy all your automotive paint finishes, great low prices like the euro clear coat systems, lacquer thinner, primer, masking tape and more...i been a customer for over 24 years and never had a problem...

I bought some yellow paint from these guys paid a hundred dollars for a gallon of it when i applied it to the metal it turned green so i called the and they said to bring it back and we will give you your money back so i showed up and he tells me to just deal with it and your not getting your money back drove from Atascadero to slo. To get this kind of service i will never buy from them again terrible customer service.

Eric and Raol were incredibly helpful and hands on. They talked me through the process and decision making for product selection and application. Raol was acquainted with my car first hand so had some great insight. Thanks again guys!
