I’m another that if I could give ZERO star I would. Two attempts to deliver to a business that doesn’t open at 5am, driver probably wanted to get on with their shift. Customer service doesn’t even help because whatever information you give them still doesn’t get to the driver. No manager or supervisor to talk to and really address this issue so you get caught in this endless loop. Again dealing with them has been like a Twilght Zone episode, I hate it

Never ending track record of not even attempting deliveries with signatures required. Late for work waiting for a package they never tried to deliver. Ridiculous.

Don't hold a package with FedEx for packages over 50 pounds, they will scan refused and you have to pay postage again

Doesn't deliver to your door and leaves packages in places that will get stolen, do not use FedEx.

I visited their website about e-commerce and had a good reputation about how the process goes thru internationally and domestically. Also, I value their feedback from customers and how they run the business thru shipping and receiving packages.

Fake delivery I hate Fedex.This is the third time that I have to go to the warehouse to pick up my package. They are liars saying that they already delivered it.

Very bad service. I gave instructions on Fedex Manager to leave the packange inside the gate. All the times the guy drop it either on the driveway or in front of the gate basically on the street where anyone can pick it up just stopping by and open the car door. Why Fedex wants the delivery instructions then????

I ordered a Deering Goodtime Banjo from a music store in the state of NY. It came fast but was left in the sun in plain sight for all to see. No effort by the driver to put it out of sight in the shade. We live in an area with porch pirates and not more than a quarter mile from East Oakland. What a lazy driver! No excuse for this nonsense. This is the worst delivery company ever! They fake at deliveries that they say they attempt and they don't ,customer service is ignorant don't know anything, about anything can't help you with anything transfer you to other people who can't help you with anything! This company is horrible!...

terrible service, one has to go to pick up their product since the incompetent of their delivery men do not leave the merchandise... they told me that it was 4 times, when in reality they only go up to 3, I stopped working to wait for them and never they rang the bell... now I have to go to San Leandro to pick up my item
