This review is for the new management. Giving the stars to the new managers who helped me, and another star for the benefit of being under new management and staff are still TRYING to learn.Went here for my usual mailing w/ a return label. The young staff helping me is nice and patient, but the guy she asked a question insisted they don't do return labels. I insisted that I had done this many times before. He said I should buy it from the computer, and that they don't do that because of BAD REVIEWS. It didn't make sense but I kept my cool coz the line was so long behind me and don't want to take other people's time arguing. I went to the side and did it on my account on my cellphone but there was no option for that on the app. Tried calling CS. I'm almost to crying out of frustration when I saw another girl, Kimberlee, and asked her about it. She was knowledgeable and was able to help me, assisted by another manager, Chas. They modified the transaction, and apparently allowed them to create a return label. Problem solved. Although, I still do not understand why the guy mentioned getting a bad review just for creating a return label. I'm still mad about that coz lost 2hrs of that afternoon, when I used to be in Fedex just average 15mins on a busy day. Will still use Fedex for the shipping service, but will choose a staff to help me at this location.

I've been coming here a handful of times and have used their self service printing and have also placed order online to color print my certificates professionally. Dropping of packages was always seamless, quick and easy. Love their full suite of FedEx services here and in my experience, the level of customer service that I have received have always been excellent. The staff have always been super helpful. It's also next to Starbucks and all the other big brand name stores which is fantastic. Plenty of parking and not too far from 880 highway. Cheers!

The wait time was a bit long because there was only one employee at the time. Otherwise, the experience was alright. Didn't struggle to find the place :)

USE UPS. I paid $57.00 for Priority Overnight, the envelope did not arrive for 5 days. Now seeking a refund and getting the corporate run around. Should have used UPS.After multiple phone calls with Fed Ex Customer Service Team I returned to the Fed Ex Office Store 5159 to seek my refund for $57.20.The Store Manager informed me that he does not have the capability to issue a refund to a customer despite customer service directing me there. Use UPSIf you want to have a better all around experience and be treated fairly and professionally by a shipping company use UPS NOT Fed Ex. I am sure there is a UPS Store near you.

The assistant manager was really helpful nice knowledgeable I saw him go above and beyond with myself and other customers. An entrepreneur came in to do some prints and I saw the assistant manager recommend a service that would save him a lot of money. He was a young man with long black hair. However his superior an older man with a ponytail was kind of a tool. He ignored me after making eye contact and was very rude to his employees and made his staff and myself feel uncomfortable. He provided bad customer service and I think he needs training in manager decorum as well

Absolutely horrible location and business. I was quoted a certain amount for shipping to an exact address, stoped away for approval from the buyer, received payment, went back to the counter 2 minutes later, and they quoted me a higher price. And just the way the counter workers handled the situation was extremely poor, and made the excuse that prices fluctuate... in a 2 minute period. Just ridiculous. Do your due diligence and take their initial quotes with a grain of salt.

Disregard the negative reviews. To each their own, I guess.If it weren't for this establishment to be in the area, I don't know how my professional and leisure life would be without their help!Growing up as a kid in the 'Dro (that's San Leandro for ya'll), this used to be a Kinko's back in the day - and the community has been utilizing it real well - from teachers, school personnel, business professionals, families, parents, and even kids like me when I was old enough walk by myself to make a photo copy of someone's homework/project to copy of! Haha, just kidding!Years and decades have gone by, and this establishment is still at the same corner spot at the always poppin' Marina Square Center - under the FedEx label. Staff have come and go, but the place is still useful as it can get, with the added and modern benefits of the modern world. You can even scan a QR code & get documents off from your phone & get it sent digitally, and print hard copies! How easy can that be?! It's pretty much self-service, however at times I've asked for help from the staff, and haven't had any issues with that! Parking can be a pain, since it is right next to La Salsa & Starbucks, but don't let the busy area deter you from wanting to hit this place up for your document copying, printing, marketing, office services, packaging and shipping needs. Don't take it for granted now!

Terrible customer service! I came here to do a simple self paid address envelope. They told me I have to create an account myself with the computer. I opened an account and filled up the info needed to mail a visa application and tried to pay but their system is down. I wasted about half hour here trying to make it work and didn't get to mail it so ended up going somewhere else to do simple mailing at UPS/USPS. Very inefficient location + workers weren't super helpful.
