My shirts come out reeking of cigarette smoke. Either somebody smokes in the store, or it's picked up from other clothes - which I don't even know is possible. More likely an employee is walking around with a Marlboro in hand......To top it off, they are never very polite with customers. Obviously, "cleaning clothes" and running a dry cleaners is not their "thing".......

Pay attention to what you're being charged for. I've taken multiple items in and this last time I took in 1 shirt. When I was being charged by the owner, she rang me up for a jacket. When I asked her why I was being charged for a jacket instead of for a shirt she looked at the item, realized it was a shirt and said, "too late" and then proceed to charge my card for the incorrect amount.

i just moved here from Las Vegas and figured I'd try this place for my weekly cleaning since its so close to my house. BIG MISTAKE! On 1 shirt, there was a broken button on the sleeve. On my sweater, it looks like the didn't clean it at all. There was a yogurt spot on the sleeve that was still there after I picked it up. On this same sweater, they attempted to do something to the leather patches on the elbows and stained them making them 2 tone (mind you the sweater is 3 weeks old). to add insult to injury, the girl with the lip ring I showed it gave me Major attitude, never ended her cell phone call, cut me off at every turn and said something to the affect of can't do anything about it come back next week and talk to the manager. , On top of that the place was was over priced. For example, I attempted to drop a winter coat here at the same time and they said it would be $18. I took it up the street for $12. Stay away from this place at all cost, Unless you want your stuff ruined.
