Went here to trade in my car as this dealership claimed the highest quote online. When I showed up, they didn't have the quote and then proceeded to appraise my car at less than half what the original quote was for. They had me sit in their sales office for 30min only to come and show me a printed page direct from the KBB website and then explain why my car isn't worth half that. Cherry on top is that the next day I got a curt text from Sally asking me to please notify if I plan to miss an appointment; I did not miss my appointment. Half a mind to report them to BBB for their fake online quotes

Yesterday I had the best car buying experience I ever had in my life, the team here at F.H.Daley Chevrolet, is A1+ team. I purchased a 2024 TRAX RS.
My salesman, David Adler was by far the best car salesman I ever had to deal with.
Very pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, and most important no pressure. Plus I got a great deal here.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Hamdi Benzarguine to purchase a car remotely, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Hamdi was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made the entire process seamless. Despite the distance, he ensured that every detail was taken care of, answering all my questions promptly and providing clear, thorough information. He even offered to pick me up from the San Leandro Bart station when I arrived from the airport to finally pick up the car. However, I was able to walk about 5 minutes to the dealership from the Bart Station, which was so convenient. If you’re looking for a car salesperson who is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about making your experience positive, I highly recommend Hamdi. He made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and enjoyable. Five stars! ?????

Antonio was very responsive via text on vehicle I was inquiring. Due to the great customer service I was receiving, I chose FH Dailey (50 minute drive for me) and I’m glad I did! Hamdi assisted me when I went to the dealership and he was fantastic. Very patient and did everything he could to get me what I was looking for! Hamdi was able to get me the car I wanted (24 Chevy Traverse)! So happy. Friendly and wonderful customer service from everyone. Thank you!

Was quoted $90 for an oil change, but was told I had to pay $150 when I brought my car in. Probably won't bring my car back to this location.
