My car buying experience was the best! Monroe was amazing he made sure I was heard and comfortable every step of the way in this buying process. He was very kind and helpful he went above and beyond. Honestly All of the enterprise sales team in san Leandro made my day fun they mad me feel like family. Monroe delivered my vehicle to me at my front door! I mean lets talk about the white glove service here! I love my purchase and I feel like I made the right choice every step of the way. Enterprise was outstanding. I worked with Bill Lewis, an excellent salesman and salesforce consultant. His exemplary leadership, drawing in support from experts like Monroe and Dru among others, provided the necessary aid for helping me find the right car. My requirements are complex and Bill moved heaven and earth: bringing in cars, taking me for test drives, carefully explaining the details. His patience and humor along with his intelligence, perception and acute business sensibility made the car buying experience an event worthy of celebration. I would not hesitate to recommend Enterprise to others or return myself for my next car purchase.

THE BEST!!!
I am a Prayer Warrior and so grateful that God led me to this dealership! They are genuine, transparent, and professional through and through. Everyone there gave the best customer service, but I have to mention those that I worked with & who worked with me. Bill, Freddie, Felix, you three are exceptional! The process was both thorough and smooth. Patient is an understatement. Buying my first car is a miracle memory I am so grateful the role enterprise played.

This is my seventh vehicle from Enterprise car sales. It's the only way to buy a car. I shop on line first, then go in. This time, I worked with Bill Lewis. His lovely personality is delightful. His professionalism is exceptional. The process is smooth: tell them what you want, leave a copy of your drivers license with them, take the car out (no sales person along). If that's the car, the sales process is easy. The price is clear. There is no pressure or feeling of being trapped. Everyone is friendly and helpful, but this time with Bill has been the most pleasant. I tell everyone I know to give Enterprise a try. You won't get a better price or better service.
