Tony, Krista, and the entire staff are fantastic! We've been using DogTime for over a year and I cannot imagine it will change anytime soon. We use them for daycare and for boarding. They really know and care about every dog, are easy to communicate with, and my dog loves them! Not to mention they went above and beyond in helping my family as we navigated having a baby. Before DogTime we used Wag, but I was uncomfortable with the dog to human ratio in their rooms and noticed my dog was coming home with new concerning behaviors, so we made the switch. From the evaluation day alone I was sold - I got more details about how my dog was behaving and interacting in one day than in months at the other place. I can check in on the cameras, they sometimes send pictures, and I often get an update on how he's doing and who he's playing with at the end of the day. My dog is a big dog that gets very excited to see me at the end of the day, and they help work with him to practice being calm(ish) at pick up- they really reinforce the behaviors we work on at home. The thing that prompted me to write this review is how supportive they were when I had a baby a couple of months ago. Tony and Krista have kids and dogs themselves, and were so helpful in talking through how I could successfully introduce the baby and dog and ensure everyone's safety and happiness. They were also flexible as we got closer to the due date, and went above and beyond in letting us drop off the dog when I went into labor without a firm boarding reservation ahead of time. I don't know how we could have done it without them, they are fully a part of our village!

My dog is always eager to come here and very tired when she leaves. Dogtime is her home away from home and I know she’s in safe hands with DTs video cameras. The staff truly care about your dogs well being and inform you of good and bad information related to your pet. Overnight boarding is never easy but there is peace of mind knowing she’s in good hands.

My dog gets very excited for three words walk, park, and daycare. This is her home away from home since she was a puppy. From overnight boarding to daycare during the week, I know she is safe. A great daycare and reasonable rates!

Wonderful program for socializing dogs. Been a client for over 10 years. My dogs love the folks that spend time overseeing play time. And I love the fact that I can watch through my phone, as the classroom has a camera so we can watch the dogs playing ????

They do a good job taking care of your pets. Never had any issues and our dog is happy to be here. You can watch your dog during the day and buy like extras for them.

This place has been my saving grace for more than a decade. When I first got Rocky, he was a young dog with more energy than I knew what to do with. He loved it so much and would always come home exhausted, so I knew he had tons of fun. I haven't been able to take him often in the past few years (we moved a little further away, kids, etc). But I needed to board him, and Tony still remembered us! He helped me get in their new online system, which is awesome btw, and I know Rocky will be well taken care of while my family and I are on vacation.

I didn't want to write this but after reading a few of the reviews I felt it would be a disservice to other caring dog owners if I didn't. I would not recommend this place at all. Disclaimer: my dog is a large puppy with a lot of energy so a lot time I brushed off the injuries knowing he was the one mainly starting up the wrestling with other dogs. The time that really made it clear this was not a good fit for me and my dog was when they tried to tell me I was lying about my dog getting jumped by 3 other dogs when I clearly saw it on the camera. I saw my dog getting jumped by 3 other dogs on camera. So I decided to email dog time requesting that my dog has minimal play time since the staff is not adequately watching over the 15+ large dogs and did not respond quickly enough when my dog was getting jumped. A simple "yes, and sorry about that we will keep a closer eye on him" would have been good enough for me to feel better about the situation. However, instead they emailed me back claiming he didn't get jumped and that's he's the aggressor when playing with other dogs. At this point I knew things were going to end well since they were basically calling me a liar when I knew I clearly saw my dog getting jumped on their cameras. Either way to end it off they ended up cancelling all of his future reservations and telling me we were not a good fit. They were right about us not being a good fit and I'm glad they cancelled the reservations but still seemed like the wrong thing to do at the time when I was simply a concerned dog owner.

Finley loves going to Dogtime. She has been going there ever since she was a tiny puppy. The staff is friendly and loving. When she was boarded there for quite awhile because of house renovation, they paid extra attention to her. Love being updated with photos, when she is boarded. ?

Horrific experience. I took my 5 month old puppy for a trial day and he didn't even last until lunch. The small dog keeper was impatient, mean, and too aggressive for me to feel comfortable. Countless times, after 9AM when the cameras were on, did I see her snatch my puppy and even forcefully tug him into the caged area. What should be a calming timeout, became punishment which caused a regression in our crate at home. Not just with my dog, but many. I even screen recorded her standing over a dog on the bed resting and yelling at him because she wanted him off so she could rearrange the beds along the wall. I'd say if you care about your dogs mental health, skip this place. Especially if she is the keeper for the day.

When your dogs can't get out of the car fast enough, you know they LOVE it there.

I love this place. I've taken my 3 pups there since they opened. Each of my dogs have had a great time there; a cocker, mini schnauzer and Australian labradoodle. My only wish is for outdoor space, otherwise this place has great people there and so I feel very comfortable leaving my furbaby there

Took our puppy Gus to beginner training and couldn't be more happy with the results. Gus really came out of his shell and did great. Krista was so patient and gave extra help when needed. We also tried daycare and loved it.
