Ali and his team were very professional. They handled my furniture with care and were very efficient. They picked up additional items and the experience was hassle free. DFW is my go-to place for all furniture. I have bought furniture multiple times from this location, and the customer care is immaculate.

Been a customer from this furniture store, every time I order from them they take so long to deliver the product, all I can say is they suuuck I keep ordering product from them and always get something either broken or something totally different!!!!!!! And their furniture is not cheap for me to say I got what I paid for, this is thousand dollars furniture !!!!

Service when we chose our furniture was quite fine. Although the delivery we were looking forward to seemed to take a little too long and even had a hiccup of a missed day which was disappointing. But that was nothing compared to the rigamare we're going through to return a loveseat. They penalize you 25% of your purchase price, we didn't mind, we just wanted the thing out because it don't fit the room. One s Hercules morphed into another into another, very difficult to get through to the people, and when we finally do-- vague promises like, "We'll definitely try to get someone there this weekend, we'll call you" Uggg, nothing but a drag. If you're smart you'll avoid this company.

Order Living room furniture from them in November. They was oh Mama we got you and we have good prices and all the fast talking. Did not have my Furniture I wanted ready by the end of November as they promised! I can write a lot about this Furniture place just will say don't do it. Red Flag for this company!!

I wish it had an option for 0 stars. Been waiting on my replacement furniture since early October. Finally, the delivery was this morning. All replacement items still came damaged. The movers are so unprofessional and not trained to be movers, messed up my Xmas entryway canes, started arguing with my husband. We are the costumers, At this point I just want them out of my house. Please don’t waste your money with them. 2nd time buying from them and that’s it

Don't ever shop from this place, they are scammers. i really appreciate Anthony for letting me know the furniture i bought was used and it came from the floor model when they originally made me pay for a bran new bed room set. when i called the store about it they tired to deny it. worst experience of my life I do not recommend anybody to shop for here‼‼.

Thanks to Ali for delivering my furniture in a timely matter. He updated me with time of delivery, and came within that time. He set up my sofa super fast with it being a large 3pc sectional.

Ali from The San Leandro DFW Furniture Warehouse was The Most Professional Delivery Person.He was So Skilled at his Craft.The Bedroom set we got was a doozy,and he put it together so fast and accurately.We were Impressed and very Happy with his Services. He was Pleasant and kept us in the loop of everything he was doing and was happy to help us with a couple requests that we had.Best Delivery Guy and Builder Ever.

Me and my fiancé just purchased a nice sectional from DFW and received the delivery package. The salesmen were good at the job they got a sale out of us , really nice people too. Two young guys one named Anthony ( I didn't get the other ones name) delivered our sofa in under a week and were quick , polite and thorough. Also they checked to make sure it was placed how we wanted it and made sure we were satisfied before they even headed towards the door! i 100% recommend this company and the movers are too notch!! Will definitely be going back for more furniture ! We are happy customers.

Worse furniture company I had the displeasure to deal with! I placed an order from their website and they charged my credit card but never delivered my order ! The Muslim guy in charge of online order never answered my text or returned my call when I attempted numerous time to reach out. I called the store to inquire about my order and they did not want to help me sort things out. They were quite rude in my opinion. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Anthony and Tony came today to setup our bed. These two guys are damn good workers, a true asset to DFW. When they first showed up, there were a couple of screws that were not in the package, so these guys came after work, on their own time, to finish what they started and to make sure my wife and I could finally get our mattress off the floor. These brothas are a dynamic duo for sure. Oh and as my wife reminded me, this is the second time Tony has been to our house delivering and both times it was the same. These are two real good guys. Thank you Anthony and Tony.
