I have found some of the employees very rude nasty and unprofessional. They seem to always have an attitude which to me is depressing enough being on dialysis no one wants to deal with people who really don't enjoy what they do....its pretty sad. Not to mention some of them are slow and don't know what the he'll they are doing. They tend to hurt me every time I'm out on the machine.

I was looking for a facility to retrieve a medical supply for my mother who had needs related to knee replacement surgery. I found the general proximity and parked in the Dialysis parking lot since there was only 1 car and at least twenty spaces open (no other cars in the parking lot). A person who worked for the Davita clinic who was speaking to the person in the car asked me to not park in their parking lot. I explained I was only needing to retrieve something from the next door facility (that had NO parking) and the person told me she would have my car towed. If I ever need dialysis, I'll avoid going to a place staffed by rude and unthoughtful employees. Doesn't anyone have any sense of helping anyone these days?

The machines are old and unreliable. Getting started a half hour to 45 minutes late is not unusual.

Excellent place to adopt a cat or dog on the weekends. The prices are too high, but the selection is top notch. This is a place to shop the sales.
