Don't buy Gift card here you will buys a Used gift card and you cannot get your refund back. My experience: I buy 50 dollar apple gift card, but when I open I saw two missing number, First I thought is my problem, but when I buy again I think is not my problem I open in front the the cashier face and this prove this is not my problem. I realize this gift card is use before and when I close to look two missing number is really look like someone torn off this two last number. I brought 4 gift card and each have 50 and this mean is I wasted 200¥ and cannot be use.

Hi guys,I visited CVS this week as usual. Team member Teresa was very helpful with my coupons with I love . We use them regularly. Between sales snd coupons you can get great deals always. Thanks CVS and your Pharmacy, they take care of my wife and I . We have many prescriptions and they are so much help there too.

Urgent care called my prescription in to them 4hrs before closing time... I get there 20m before closing. Huge line, whatever. Workers look empty and miserable. When I'm at the front the tech says there was an "error in the instructions" that they had to figure out, and that delay prevented them from filling it today, and because they are closing I will have to come back tomorrow. I tell her, I am an EMT and my work schedule is crazy, If I can't get it now I won't be able to get the antibiotics for my ear infection for 3 days. She says she can't help me. It is 2 days later and I'm still trying to figure out how I can get the darn meds around my schedule. :[

Customer service is always excellent at this cvs, all employees are really nice and friendly. They try to best serve you and accommodate you if you need any help.

The cashier that works here in the morning asks me every time whether I'm buying the items for myself, a seemingly strange and intrusive question. Then she tells me that she has to know whether I work for DoorDash (how about none of your business for an answer?). I can't imagine that CVS requires its employees to ask every customer these weird questions at every purchase. The same woman also asked me how to sign up for CVS's coupons; why doesn't she know that already?

The store is actually quite average, but the store manager is what earns it a 5 star from me. She interrupted her lunch to help us at the photo shop, most people will just have us wait, so kudos to her ?

I have a prescription for an ADD medication, prescribed by a psychiatrist. This is the second time I have picked it up from this particular pharmacy, and both times I've had a less than positive experience. However, this most recent time was bad enough to motivate me to write this review. Many ADD medications are stimulants and are sometimes abused (I've learned recently) - as are other prescription drugs. However, when somebody walks into a pharmacy to pick up their prescription, maybe trying a new medication for the first or second time to figure out what works for them, it seems a modicum of professionalism and empathy should be displayed.This particular medication is exorbitantly expensive. Hundreds of dollars for one month supply, and due to my particular plan and benefits, I don't have any money taken off. I have found a few coupons from the drug manufacturer as well as other sites that offer discounts, and I've asked them to try them both visits. Again, at the advice of my medical professional. This time, the woman working looked at me, loudly announced 'this is a controlled substance' that carried around us, for others in line the store to hear. Honestly, I don't really care. I don't care what others may think of me, I DEFINITELY don't care what she thinks of me, but I do care that she does her job well and treats patients with respect. It's an important job, and people deserve the respect, privacy, and compassion one would expect from that type of job. I also had my young child with me, who asked later what was going on.Interestingly enough, the coupon was already applied to this refill, though it certainly was not applied on my previous visit. Even though she had "checked it" twice. It's a difference of over $100. I'm certain I'm not alone in saying I'm not excited to have the disorder for which I need the medication. I'm not excited to live in a country where I can't get that medication for a reasonable price. But I certainly don't need to be shamed or have it implied that I am abusing it by pharmacy professionals. I will not be returning. There are plenty of other pharmacies that do not employ people like this, and I will be going there for my future needs.

The manager/supervisor of this store is a disaster! If you win a lottery or scratcher, DON'T redeem it here!!!!The staff scanned my scratcher and was ready to give me the cash. The the coworker asked her if they had enough cash in the drawer. It was a $500 scratcher only and we can redeem it as any participating retailer. The staff said they had enough but needed to ask the manager. When the manager came out, she told us this is a small store so they don't have $500 cash. ARE YOU SERIOUS????? Then she passed back the ticket and the receipt to us. When I saw the receipt, I was confused because if nothing was processed, We shouldn't have the receipt, so I asked her again if the money was still inthe ticket. She said yes because they didn't do anything to the ticket. I left and went to Safeway to scan the ticket and see if the money was inside. APPARENTLY, the ticketwas CASHED!!!! I went back to CVS and walked to the manager directly and questioned her the whole thing. She then took the ticket and the receipt and checked. Isaw her talk to the staff and then took $500 out of the cash drawer, and said "come over here. " I knew she was talking to me but I didn't move at all. Where is your manner???? Who are you talking to??? She then lifted herhead and asked me to go over. When I walked over, she said "she (the staff) processed it but I didn't know. Here is $500. We can only do it this time but in the future, we will not be able to accommodate. I didn't want to make a scene so I took the money and left. NO APOLOGIES FROM HER AT ALL!If you cannot even redeem $500 at your store, WHY THE HELL DO YOU EVEN PARTICIPATE IN CA LOTTERY???????

Calling into this pharmacy to ask some questions is nearly impossible!!! 90% of the time you stay on hold for about 15min and then it just hangs up the call... this is so crazy!! Customer service here is not the best but it's the pharmacy that we have here!!! So deal with it it drive further to get medications!!!!

If I could I would give a negative review. My 80 yr old diabetic dad was just released from the hospital. I was not aware he didn't have Medicare D so his meds came to a total of $1,798. I knew he needed the most important insulin. I presented his Good RX info and the lady told me that his insurance would not cover that. Then I found a card on the counter and I said what about this I guess it was a CVS discount card. She said oh that brings it down to $333 and some change. I went ahead and paid that because I knew my father would be in dire straits. When I got home I checked the good RX website and saw that the insulin was covered and it should've been $108 co-pay instead of the $333 which I paid. I contacted his social worker she looked it up and found the same thing. I have been on the phone on hold for the pharmacy yesterday 3 1/2 hours I'm sorry I'm not exaggerating. And I am now on the phone again for an hour and 22 minutes this CVS is very understaffed very unprofessional they need to be trained and I am going to move all of my fathers prescriptions over to Walgreens I just do not feel comfortable with the professionalism or knowledge of this CVS pharmacy I hope this helps others you either have to stand in line for an hour and a half or be on the phone for three hours and hopefully you will get the right answers

This is the worst pharmacy that I have ever been! I was line to pick up medicines for a stage 4 cancer patient who is in pain! When it was to my turn, the girl told me that I was in a different line which I didn't know and the other line is closed! And it's 15 minutes before 7pm. That is not right! Pharmacy closes at 7 pm and it should acknowledge it! she dears to tell me and others that they need 15 mins before closing 7:00pm! What kinda management is that ! , She called me to the side and looked at my mother in law prescription and said oh it will be 30 mins! I can't describe how people don't have sympathy!

High turnover and new employees are incompetent. I sat on the phone for an hour and a half and the lady would not even look up my RX number she said she wouldn't do it. This is for medication that is necessary and they just don't care. She brushed me off and would not help me. I changed Pharmacies today I will not be coming back to this place after going here for six years. Waste of time!
