The CVS associates at this location are extremely professional, helpful, patient, groomed well and courteous. Walking inside this huge corporate brand store has a close familiarity of a small town neighborhood because of the local associates. Customers are acknowledged and thanked.
Dear fellow consumer, I have since scrolled down and WOW. It appears to be a lot of displaced hostility towards the local employees. May I empower and encourage you to take your facilities concerns directly to the corporation. How much control and authority do you truly believe ANY retail employee has?

Filthy! Carpet is infected with Ebola virus I'm sure. Disgusting. Pharmacy staff is unfriendly and dumb. Parking is horrible. Ghetto environment inside and out.

So not only are their hours wrong but they close at 9 but by 9 they mean 8:50.

I visited a CVS store to buy some cold medicine, but it was all locked up. I got worried because the line was very long. I waited patiently in line, and when it was my turn, I asked the cashier to help me find Dayquil. The cashier was very professional and accompanied me to the medicine aisle. We found the medicine together, and I could purchase it and leave the store.

Getting vaccinated was so quick and easy. Even if you missed your appointment. They were all very friendly. I didn't even wait that long.

This CVS is extremely low rated for a reason- it's terrible. I don't know if they're understaffed or what, but it took over an hour and a half from the time of my vaccine appointment (and I even checked in 15 min early!)

Staff is alway great , Great customer service BUT they are ALWAYS short staffed, and the parking is a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE! Other that those issues this place isn't bad if you are not short on time.
