I have high impressions of the quality job of moving my stuff out of my apartment by the Crown team. The four workers were careful, efficient, & experienced. They were friendly and pleasant. Reynaldo called in advance to be sure I was ready. The team arrived right on time. They explained things, wrapped things very carefully, and offered ideas. Mario was willing to take an old TV (destined for the dump) down the stairs as a favor to me. Thanks. I can generously recommend Crown based on my experience with these four fine movers; Reynaldo Iraheta, Mario Huezo, Jose Medina, Fernando Lopez. Well done! And thank you Crown. Let's hope my delivery on the East Coast will be as excellent! LD

Tomas, Alvaro, Miguel, and Davido were exceptionally efficient, quickly and skillfully packing and loading the entire apartment. Each displayed gracious customer service and professionalism and were kind and thoughtful. This is my second move with Armstrong as I was completely satisfied with my first moving experience with the company. I know Armstrong will be my mover of choice every time, whether a local move or cross country. I consistently recommend Armstrong to friends and colleagues as I’ve been completely satisfied from the initial quoting process to delivery. A very big part of the great experience is the team that handles my belongings and Tomas, Alvaro, Miguel, and Davido were a very big part of a very satisfactory experience.

David and his crew were wonderful. They arrived on schedule and within four hours had safely removed 30 years of memories from my late mother’s house. They were friendly and communicative throughout. I highly recommend them.

I cannot endorse the services provided by Crown WMS based on my personal experience. My dissatisfaction is not borne out of animosity towards the company, but rather stems from my own encounter with their services.I engaged their services for a move on September 22nd, 2023. Leading up to the move, my interactions with a lady named C. from Crown WMS were pleasant and helpful. We were relocating within the same building, moving from a 2-bedroom unit on the 5th floor to another 2-bedroom unit on the 4th floor, which entailed transporting 80 boxes and furniture.On the morning of the 22nd, three movers arrived at 9 AM and left at 3 PM. The issues arose when they found themselves ill-equipped to disassemble our bed, necessitating my intervention and costing us valuable time. The same scenario played out with our fridge, which required me to disassemble the door.The movers eventually completed the move, and I generously tipped them for their efforts. Later that same day, I had to depart on a work trip, returning on September 28th. Upon attempting to sleep in our new place, I discovered that our bed felt unstable, swaying like a boat. Upon closer inspection, it became apparent that the central railing was missing.On September 29th, I promptly reached out to the main mover, A., and contacted my liaison at Crown WMS, C. A. responded with a text stating, "Everything should be there; we took everything apart and put it back where it should be." I informed him that this was not the case, but he did not offer further response. I patiently waited for another week, hoping for a resolution or response from either party, but none was forthcoming.This lack of communication is disconcerting, especially considering that A. and his team misplaced a critical component during the move and failed to disclose it when reassembling the bed. One would assume that handling king-size beds during moves falls well within their realm of expertise. However, their apparent indifference regarding the missing central rail, despite the presence of wooden support pieces on each side of the bed, suggests a preference for concealing their error rather than addressing it honestly.Consequently, I had to purchase a replacement central rail from Restoration Hardware and shared a photograph with them to illustrate the baffling nature of misplacing such a long and straightforward component during a move from the 5th to the 4th floor. The $150 tip I gave them was undeserved, given their lack of transparency and honesty.Additionally, I incurred expenses for a box that was never used for the king-size mattress and additional charges for boxing and unboxing services that were not performed. Furthermore, I had to spend $160 on acquiring a replacement central rail and foot that Crown WMS had lost. It's worth noting the time I invested in disassembling my own bed and removing the fridge door due to the movers lacking the necessary tools.In an attempt to seek resolution, I reached out to my contact at Crown WMS, C, once more on October 6th. Regrettably, I have received no response from them since that date.

The folks at Armstrong Crown - San Francisco are the best! Specifically Tomas, Antonio, & Miguel, who helped with my move from San Francisco to Austin. They were punctual. Communication was great as they called ahead of time to give me a heads up on their ETA. Once they arrived, they worked quickly and efficiently to pack my furniture and personal items into boxes and load them into the truck while taking care not to damage my apartment or the items being moved. They were pleasant and and friendly. They went above and beyond my expectations. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We feel so lucky that this moving company was recommended to us by our realtor! From start to finish it has been a positive experience. Joe Colburn spent much time and care explaining the process to us, and came to our home to further calm our anxiety. Janea Aumua was super responsive and helpful. And on moving day we were so lucky that David and Victor were our movers! They were so careful and efficient and patient. They treated our belongings as if they were their own, going the extra mile. They even solved, without complaining, the puzzle of how to separate our antique German armoire into two parts and extract it from our bedroom. They even had to remove the bedroom door, again, without a bit of complaint or hesitation. We are so very grateful! Thank you!!

Tomas and his crew (Antonio and Victor) did an amazing job! We packed most of our boxes ourselves but they packed up all our remaining possessions and all the furniture and we can now confirm that we had no damage to anything. They were efficient and friendly, and did a great job fitting our things into one fewer pod than we were quoted for. Really can’t speak highly enough of them!

Tomas, Victor, and Antonio were very efficient and detailed in their packing. We have a big out of state move and this took a huge load off our shoulders! Team was really easy to work with and we had many people from the office even call and check in with us while the packing was going on. Great service would highly recommend!
