Unfortunately, I got hit and run. However, Im glad my insurance company works with crash champions as the body shop where I can take my vehicle for repairs, and my experience with them was amazing. I got an appointment with them the same day after I filed my claim, Dianne at the front desk was amazing. Jesse kept me updated throughout the repairs and never missed a beat. They got my vehicle ready as promised, although I had to return for some little issues but this is where you know they know how to take care of their customers, specially Jesse who took care of all of my concerns and corrected it, i didnt mind going back because I know they'll do everything to make it right, I'm really happy how my car looks and it's like nothing happened to it. Thank you, Crash Champions San Leandro, for making this experience great, and thank you for your outstanding customer service as well. You guys know how to treat customers.

Crash Champions are exactly what the name says. They were very welcoming and responsive with updates about my cars status, and did a magnificent job on my car and returned it totally clean and smelling great. Excellent job I will refer all my friends in need of repairs.

Very one is friendly and communicative, every time I went in I never had to wait and I was in and out relatively quickly. They handled everything with the insurance company and made it really easy, and my truck looks brand new again. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family
