"Victra" "Verizon" "Corporate" "Authorized Dealer" what's the difference? Victra= Authorized DealerVerizon=CorporateI understand these differences in business. When you deal with an authorized dealer or a corporate store you have to stay within that channel for exchanges or returns. I bought from Shattuck, Berkeley Victra. This San Leandro store is also a Victra. However, they refused to accept my case return and suggested I go to a corporate store. This is my 3rd time going to a store to try to return. 1st was at a corporate location on Lakeshore.2nd was back at Shattuck - which had an hour wait because there was only 1 person working and 4 waiting.3rd was this store who was downright lying to me.Turning customers down to try to keep your operational stats low is a shame.Laziness is what will be the end of this already scarce business location.

Store was locked during business hours. This isn't the first time I have an issue with this store. I only come here because it's the closest Verizon store. Won't be coming back.

I came in to trade in for a new phone at this location after calling customer service to verify that the phone I wanted was in stock. After being let into this store, I was not even acknowledged. I understand this associate was with another customer, however I would have appreciated a nod or smile. We patiently waited for her assistance while she finished up helping the other customer, but when it was our turn she told us she did not have the phone we wanted without even pretending to check. When we brought up that we can called to verify that they did have it, she then tried to tell us it would take an hour to transfer data and she closes in 40 minutes. We told her that we wouldn't have any data to transfer as it was a spare phone we had reset already. She then left us in silence for 10 minutes by ourselves wondering whether she was going to assist us or not. Finally she came in the room only to leave again without a word. After another 10 minutes she returned with the phone we wanted and proceeded to begin with process without speaking to us. We didn't even get to choose the color we wanted.. Despite the fact that we got the phone in the end, the entire experience made us feel unwelcome and was bad enough to make me write a review.

Kaylee and Monet were both so kind and patient with the entire process. They explained the breakdown of payment and shared all options. Definitely would come here again and recommend to my family and friends! :)

Liz was so extremely helpful and knowledgeable! I was at my wits end trying to figure out how to switch to another carrier and she came through for me. I realize it sounds weird me giving a 5-star review for a business im leaving for another another business, but Liz's customer service is outstanding and I had to give her her props.

The Worst customer service I've Ever experienced!!! I'd give a 0 or F if I could. They messed up the data transfer to my new phone and I lost information!!! I tried to get help in the store but they couldn't help. I requested a refund for the terrible job they did and they wouldn't refund. I've tried calling and been on the phone with them for a total of four hours in Two Days. Nothing has been done to help me. I will Never use Verizon again and although the other stores had nice people, This One Did Not!!!
