STAY AWAY. This place charged my boyfriend $166 to alter 3 pairs of pants and a WEEK later when we finally got the pants they were dirty and smelled. This is ridiculous especially if you were given a week to do all this. When trying to confront the owner about this, he got hostile and in my boyfriend's face. Take your business elsewhere as there are many other dry cleaners near by with better reviews!

Go somewhere else? They price gouge. We moved to San.Leandro a while ago and my wife now needs a pair of overalls dry cleaned. Every other cleaner she has used has charged $12 to $13, but not here. They wanted $28. Why?, Because he decided any one piece clothing with top and bottom is a jump suit. This is not a jump suit. If anything cloister to a pair of pants with suspenders. This has no sleeves, no collar, and minimal too, but the guy I spoke to would not budge on the price. $15 higher than others, over double the price? I don't think so. Would give zero stars if I could. Too bad, be nice to have a local cleaner, but I won't be using this company. I recommend you also find a place that will treat you fairly and not over charge for items.I just read all the other 1 star reviews. Wish I had read them first. I would but have had to write this. Too bad this guy seems so unwilling to be a good neighborhood citizen.

I am so sorry that I didn't Yelp this place before I left my short trench coat and silk blouse there. I think I was so excited to have a dry cleaner I could walk to from my new home that I didn't check it out as I usually do when I use a new business. I walk in on a Friday around 5pm to find no one but see a sign telling me to call out to "Simon" if he wasn't out front. Well he comes out front once I call out and he proceeds to examine me and my clothing. He remains fixed on my trench coat and asks several times "what's the material?" which I found odd coming from someone in his "profession". He then wants to know how much I paid for it, by this point I should have walked away, if not then definitely when he said he could clean it for $45 and my blouse for $13! I kick myself for paying $58, in advance, as he requested! As I walked away I thought to myself.... "WTH did I just let happen...?!" I went back to get my things on the scheduled pick up day/time and of course they weren't ready and he said they had "clean it again because of all the lipstick"...there was NO lIpstick on the coat at all. At that point he asked me to come back the next day to pick up my things... I waited two additional days to give him time not to have to lie to me again. I will NEVER step foot in that predatory establishment again. I would be curious how this guy stays in business, I guess all one-time customers he overcharges! I also think the wrapped clothes in his shop are props and not real orders awaiting pick up! STAY AWAY!!

I wish I had read the reviews prior to dropping off my items, but sadly I didn't think to check as they are so close to my house and really how bad could it be? When I dropped off my 10 very simple white shirts and 1 blazer, the gentlemen that helped me organized everything and gave me my pick up slip. All was fine until I noticed that the slip was incorrect, as he had written down that I had left 3 blazers. I pointed out the error and he explained that it was a mistake and he'd fix it when I picked it up. Unfortunately it was my boyfriend that picked up the items, and despite my telling him about the error that was promised to be corrected prior to pick up, the same gentlemen gave him some excuse as to why my simple white shirts were "very complicated" to clean and should be charged $20 each. Sure, fine, charge whatever you'd like. But stating that the shirts were more complicated than a men's dress shirt just because they are women's dress shirts is quite ridiculous. I won't be going back, and hope this review prevents anyone else from spending nearly $200 on simple dry cleaning that is less than $50 elsewhere.

Small, family-owned business that does a good job in dry cleaning shirts and suits.

Beware! Overpriced. Invalid phone number. Terrible reviews on Yelp.
