Guy at the counter was too high to even interact with customers. He didn’t know how to use the EBT reader and turned us away saying it didn’t work. Never coming back here for gas or anything else.

This place has the most inconsistent opening times you can possibly imagine. Don't come here in the morning between 545 to 630, chances are they won't be open half of the time you pull up during those hours. I'm not sure why as a business you do not have a consistent reopen time, but this place really needs to figure that one out because they are losing a lot of customers. Also, this place employees some of the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. There's a couple ladies who are really nice, but the male workers here have attitude issues and they are extremely unprofessional. I will be taking my business to the spot down the street

there's 2 parking spaces at the right side. getting in and out is a pain. there's only 1 lane for a 2 way lane. extreme caution needed to exit. convenience store has a bit of everything except booze. doubtful return. too many accidents waiting to happen. brew: "extreme caffeine" (1.79) -medium roast a mix of robusta & arabica beans -smooth, non acidic. covfefe room for only a few people inside at a time.

We are in this pandemic and the cashier behind the glass was talking to a customer that didn't have a mask on AND customer complained about not feeling well--the customer looked SICK and tired. The cashier said "hope you feel better soon" without addressing the lack of mask AND customer was symptomatic. The customer appears that she actually had worked there too. This happened at around 2:30PM today (1/31/21). There have been on several occasions I've seen customers being welcome into the building without a mask and the cashier clerks not wearing a mask either!!!! The cashier was a young male with long hair and a black hat on. My husband, who works for the State Health Department, addressed the cashier in the store about the customer not wearing a mask, and no answer came from cashier. We will be formally reporting this. We have people DYING out here because of stupidity like this!

Don't ever get gas here. While filling up my tank I set the gas pump and began washing my window. When the tank was full the pump did not shut off and sprayed gallons of gas all over my car and myself when I went to manually shut it off. Not only did the manger take forever to come outside and look at what had happened he did not care at all that I had gasoline all over my hands and arms. He didn't ever offer me a sink to wash my self off in I had to let myself inside to their bathroom. Initially he did not want to refund me for the spilt gas and he just kept saying "it's not that much, maybe a few cents" when I complained to chevron they contacted the manager who gave a completely different account of the events which made chevron drop my complaint all together. If you want your car and yourself sprayed and covered is highly flammable gasoline then by all means, go risk your life filling up here. If not drive the extra block to the vallero station.
