WHAT a dump! Jamie Dimon would be very upset to see the condition and lack of cleanliness at this branch. Glad that I sent a photo so that he doesn't have to inspect in person.

I was there in line for 20minand I was third in line. There was two women working. They were so slow.They would walk away after each customer both at the same time. The line got almost to the door. I was next but it took to long so I left. I hope tomorrow there will be someone else working

I walked in to open an account. The manager said to have a seat and that he would get us seen as soon as the rep was available anyways another guy walked in no appointment and was seen but I had to make an appointment I was here first. Worse customer service

This is my second time coming to this particularly bank.I don't have an account with this bank but my brother does. So I had to do a deposit of cash into his account, I had his account number and all his information the first time I did the cash deposit NO problem the second time, I did the cash deposit which was today totally different experience. The Spanish teller was very condescending and rude. The first thing she did was allow me to stand there and I thought was a line and wait for service and when she finally acknowledged me she told me to go to the back where the line started and by then other people had already came and she started calling the other people and told me I needed to wait. When I finally got to her window I had told her that I needed to do a cash deposit in my brother's account she cut me off and told me she can't do the deposit and when I explained to her I just did it two weeks ago once I say the attitude,I asked for a manager.She called over her co-worker when I asked for a manager which was a personal banker and while I was talking to her she turned around and said something to her co-worker and her co-worker looked at me and started laughing.I asked her what was so funny she said "I wasn't the one who laughed." WOW when I ask for the manager he came over did not even allow me to explain my concerns he came over reciting policy and procedures and told me it's impossible that I did a cash deposit within that bank before. Same bank two totally different tellers I dealt with with two totally different treatments that I got not sure if the color of my skin had anything to do with it but it's pretty obvious it did. And I do understand policy and procedures if there are any for Chase,but that policy and procedure needs to be practiced every time a customer come in. Because this encounter seems a little more personal/bias than professional. I wasn't even given any other option...Open a account? Purchase a money order? NOTHING I was dismissed like I was a peasant. The condescending attitude and unprofessionalism and bias treatment is real when you go to that bank!

Shibana always goes above and beyond for her people ! Thankful for her she helped me get started on my credit journey what card would work best for me. I got a chance to follow up with her how everything's been and to increase my credit limit , nothing but good vibes . Thank you again keep continuing being great !!

I am glad chase allow clients make appointments online, we went into the branch, the service was done fast, banker is professional and make me feel welcoming.

Absolutely disgusted by how they deal with their in-branch business. I went to the bank to simply add beneficiaries to my own accounts and I was told that it was not possible at that time and that I had to schedule an appointment.First of all, I have a pretty extensive banking background and I know that adding beneficiaries to an account takes no more than 5 minutes. I can't believe that nobody was available to do this for me.I guess banking with large commercial banks takes away the humanity from everything they do.If you have the option of banking elsewhere, possibly with a community bank, do it. These massive banks don't give a s**t about you and your time...it is all about the money! SAD!

So many employees standing around looking at each other and 1-2 tellers open long lines, came to get a cashiers check and took me almost 45 minutes to get helped.

We went there to open a joint savings account and was helped by Wilson, the banker. We were helped by another banker but then he took over. I just have to say he is so patient and knowledgeable. The entire process was smooth. Thank you so much for the excellent service, Wilson!!!

I dont have a bank account with Chase, but i needed some help with a wierd situation that required more than a simple "here is my money". The teller was very helpful and pleasant. When she could not help me out, she walked me over to Rocky. He was cool and tried to help me out as best he could. Problem was not solved but considering im not a customer of theirs, i would say the service was excellent. Super helpful and patient. I might consider moving an account over to them. I think its telling how helpful businesses are when you not a customer. Anyways. Thanks Rocky (and lady teller who's name i forgot)

This is the worst bank with the worst management.. Worst employees...probably all uneducated school drop outs... The FA is full of BS and drama ... There's a lot of groupism ...Favoritism...drama all the time ... The PCB is the worst and he doesn't even know what he's doing...hes clueless... All in all they are a bunch of classless idiots who seriously need to rethink what they are doing....they shouldn't be working at all

I actually like this bank during Covid. It's usually empty when I come in. I go in to pay a bill only. It takes me longer to fill out my slips than it takes to be helped. Everyone is always really nice too and doesn't push me to open up an account with them.
