I have been banking at this facility for a long time. Today I used the ATM to withdraw money to go grocery shopping right down the street at Pac N Save. I was followed from Chase to the store and as I was getting out 3 black men in masks pistol wip me and said I just saw you get money out and continue to robb me. Lucky to be alive. Police came and we made a report. So being I just withdraw money from that bank and they watched me maybe the bank has some kind of perversions for this kind of situation and could help the client in recovering my lost. No luck. So I would advise people to watch out when using the outside ATM. Security inside is great. They need inclose area so no one can see if you made a withdraw or deposit. Bank should try to make it safer for the customer privacy. Just to clarify this bank is Fairmont branch.

Customer service of the security guard is very poor. He's racist. But the teller and the bank representative is nice.

This is one of the rudest banks I've ever been in. The receptionist acts like she does not want to help handicap people and has us sit in the area. And then tells us to move to another area where we set for 40 minutes. And no one has seen us. I am not done with this post. I will be calling corporate. Let's not forget the fact that she took all the people in front of me and then came to us. When she seen I was there with my Caucasian friend. Yes, I'm black, and I do notice. Things are not right when in there. To change the address and wasted exactly 42 minutes of my time.

I have been going to this bank location for years, but over time they have gone downhill. New staff that doesn't care about customers not sure if they still have the manager but it reflects a terrible manager. The staff should all be fired and new staff hired that has be trained in customer service. No matter I will not go to this location again after years I will not step back in. I will find another location or I may just switch banks all together.

I have been a long time chase customer and been to different chase branches. This is the worse! Bankers are obviously not busy, no customers, they are walking around or chatting with each other and yet no one wants to help. I have approached a couple of employees and let them know what I need help with and was told that when one opens up that they'll help me. Sat there, watched them without a client, until I left without being helped. Will never coming back to this branch. If only there is a negative star, that's what this branch deserves.

Alejandra the branch manager is amazing. She helped me to keep my daughter entertained while I was handling some business there at the bank. Even though it was incredibly busy she took the time to assist me in a helpful manner. I highly recommend this bank.

Received a letter from Chase instructing me to go in person to update trust information (I'm the executor of the trust). Tried calling the branch to make an appointment and to ask what documentation I would need to bring but they never answer their phones at this branch. I went in person and was told I'd have to make an appointment (was offered an appointment a week out and only 1 time slot). I told them why I was there and said I could show my ID, and answer the 3 questions in the letter in 30 seconds, but still no. I asked if someone could tell me what documentation I might need to bring for my future appointment. They said no, I needed to make the appointment to find out. Told them I didn't want to come for the appointment only to find out I needed to bring something else and have to come back. They said that wouldn't happen but there was no explanation. Then a banker who was "too busy to see me" came out of her office, and told me to make an appointment. I expressed my concerns again with more frustration and she said "I'm trying to be professional." I told her I could show her my ID and write the answers on the letter for her to process when she had time, but again I got the same answer. I left in great frustration and will never return to this branch and am not even sure I will continue banking with Chase. However, after half a dozen attempted calls to the Montclair branch, someone answered, I explained what I needed, and she told me that if there were no changes since the trust account was set up, I could just ignore the letter! This would have been very helpful information to have gotten at the E.14th Street branch and would have saved the banker from having to try "being professional"!What ever happened to even moderate customer service???

My managed investments were transferred to Jeff at this branch when I moved to a different state. I have never had to reach out to him until today. I am going to be severing all my ties with Chase due to their lack of dedication to their customers, so I reached out to the number listed in their app as my investment contact for my managed account. The number is answer but another person and I ask to speak with Jeff and it turns into an interrogation almost. Why am I calling him? Where did I get the number? Do I have an account? It was very evident that this advisor does not have any interest in talking with customers he does not have a current business with. I would hate to hear where the interrogation went if I wasn’t a client. I got the information from his gatekeeper and if I had not previously planned on leaving Chase this interaction would have pushed me in that direction.

I went to CHASE BANK, in SAN LEANDRO CALIF, near Bayfair MALL. The Manager gave me WRONG info, he didnt know what he was talking about -maybe just trying to brush me off......plus the ASST mgr was a bully, a chinese lady - snobby and grouchy! I thought your JOB is to assist people?! Do not come here, they will not help you.

Customer service is nonexistent. Calling is pointless. I had the number to a customer service agent , multiple messages, marked urgent.... Nothing when I was able to go to the branch I was told that she was on maternity leave and the person covering her was on vacation.... All lame excuses. The up shot was ZERO customer service when I was trying to access my funds in a time sensitive out of ton transaction. If it weren't for the understanding from the other party my transaction would have failed. The bank has not addressed my follow up concerns. I DO NOT recommend this branch or Chase as an institution for anything past limited local ATM transactions.
