Worst cinemark I've been to. Seats are old and do not recline. Screen is stained and the picture quality is not cinema level.

I arrived and was able to find parking easily. When I entered the cashier was friendly and greeted me. The lobby was clean and the popcorn was fresh and delicious. I went into the Theater and was surprised they had upgraded the seats since I was last there, they were very comfortable and that area was very clean as well!! Great job Bayfair Cinemark!!

This has become my go to movie house, even though others are closer. The theater is clean and comfortable. The staff are really great. And there's a ton of parking right at the theater.

Previous visit they had Dirty bathrooms and floors in lobby last visit but this visit it was so clean and immaculate, so much cleaner. I just went to see Bad Boys 2 and they have definitely stepped up their game here as the place was totally clean, excellent customer service from all employees while I was there. I had honestly avoided going back there but now I won’t avoid going there anymore as it was such a great experience!! Thanks to all the employees who were working during the 7 pm showing of Bad Boys on Monday, June 24, 2024! The only complaint I have is they need to have chairs and tables or benches to sit on in main lobby while waiting for movie to start. They do have plenty benches in the hallways near entrance to each separate movie is but the lobby is very bare and then they could maybe have people buy more food like actual food (like pizza, hot dogs, nachos, etc) not just the normal typical movie food like popcorn and soda.

I usually go to the first or second showings on a Sunday because there is no crowd and plenty of parking. When there is a crowd, parking is tight close to the theater. Hard to back out.

The tall black security guard with blond hair was making rude remarks to customers while the heavy set guy by the door laughed.They allow the staff there to treat customers unprofessional. I would not recommend going here. I'm contacting corporate.

I went to use the bathroom here and they sent the security guard into the bathroom to follow me for no reason...Well I know the reason, it's because I'm black. ??

The upgraded seats feel so comfortable. You can easily buy tickets on the app to get in quicker.
