Capelli is great! They are timely, describe their diagnostics clearly, state the price, and the scheduling is rapid. They were able to assess the cause of a rather substantial leak. It was in our landscape watering system. They repaired it. Their pricing is in line with other firms. The team arrived on time, ready to work, checked in with us as the job progressed, cleaned up at the end of the day, and were friendly communicators throughout the process. In addition to the repair in the water line, they perfomed a few minor plumbing repair jobs that we had but that most companies didn't want to handle because they were so small. Team Capelli handled them for us and successfully resolved the issues. This firm is a keeper for sure.

I've worked with Capelli Plumbing many time and the service today wasn't any different from the previous times. As always the technicians are friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I worked with Jared today and he and his helper arrived on time and got right to work. Respectful of my property , fixed the leak and cleaned up afterwards. I've found that Capelli Plumbing usually tells me what I need to do and never upsells and price is always reasonable. Thanks again.

Mr. Capelli was able to send his team out within a couple of hours of my initial call. Excellent service from everyone on the Capelli Plumbing team! I highly recommend this family-owned business. The plumbers are nice, honest young men who did a great job promptly resolving the plumbing issue.Also, in addition, their prices are very fair. You will not be disappointed if you choose this company!We are now new loyal customers.

Shout out to this long-time family business for coming through at the last minute when I requested their services. The owner and his staff are professional and courteous. His staff came out and quickly assessed the problem and went right to work to resolve the issue. I highly recommend this family-owned business if you need an honest group of plumbers!

Called yesterday afternoon, received appointment to fix a clogged kitchen sink. Edward and a new helper arrived on time between 8-9. Promptly assessed and fixed the issue. Both people were very polite and knew what they were doing. Did a great job cleaning up. This is why you should always call Capelli Plumbing.

Capelli Plumbing is the best! We discovered the water supply valve to one of our toilets had gone bad on a Sunday while attempting to change the fill valve. I left a message Sunday, James called me first thing Monday morning, Jared came out and fixed it with a much better valve in 20 minutes and the price was about half of what we expected it to be. And Jared and James, and everyone we've spoken to at Capelli are all the nicest people as well as honest and skilled. You never want to have to call a plumber but I'm so glad we can call James and his crew when we need them and know they will respond quickly, give us an honest assessment and a fair price. It's truly a pleasure doing business with them.

I loved when I called them they scheduled an appointment for the same day. Jarod and Preston came out when they were scheduled on time. They were so friendly and professional. They even noticed I had another hose connected to my dishwasher that had a hole in it so that I could get that repaired through another service for appliances. They even had a name and a phone number of someone I could call. I would definitely recommend and use them again.
