I recently bought a camper shell from Cal West, and the experience was fantastic. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, guiding me through the options without any pressure. The purchase process was smooth and efficient, and the quality of the camper shell exceeded the description. I highly recommend Cal West for their excellent service and great selection. If you're in the market for a camper shell or any vehicle, give them a visit!

This was my 3rd dealership visit trying to find a reliable vehicle, as soon as I walked onto the lot Brian approached me and asked me what I needed and what I wanted. I needed a pickup and he walked me through every single one on the lot. Very polite and friendly staff and I ended up with the truck I needed. When I buy my another vehicle this will be the lot I check first.

I was in dire need of getting a reliable car to get me to work and take my daughter to school. Nothing fancy and I was very upfront with Brian Casey about my credit not being good and that I can only put down $1500. Brian Casey told me that he has a soft spot for single moms and that he would talk to his dad to probably do an in-house financing. Brian Casey was nice enough to give us a ride home but that was the last time I've heard from him , never called me back like he said he would. I did try calling their office and left messages to check on the status and eventually sent an e-mail only to be told that Brian Casey was out of town and he would just call me but I never got a call back. My take is it's okay to let the person know that you're not able to help instead of giving false hopes.

Have spent weeks looking for a new to me truck After test driving several trucks and wasting my time and energy I decided to turn to some of the smaller local dealerships I happened to be driving by cal west motors and saw a few trucks that caught my eye I decided to stop in and look at a few And found a Silverado That fits my needs and was in my price budget test drove it with Brian and then sat down to go over the price It was hassle and haggle free I got a great deal and even decided to purchase the 2 year 26,500 mile extended warranty through GM So I don't have to worry about anything going wrong with the truck All in All I recommend this dealership Family owned and operated Thanks again cal west motors For a easy fast purchase

Mathew was such a great help and so generous with his time and knowledge. I'm a late bloomer to car purchasing and Mathew took the time to educate me and walk me through the steps and although I have yet to purchase a car, I will certainly be back to visit Mathew and the Cal West lot.

Do not buy a car from these folks. Dishonest, disrespectful, threatening, male Karens. A complete disappointment and bad business. Matt flat-out lied to me then threatened me and was extremely disrespectful and entitled. He said he worked with an extremely toxic family but was not related to them. Later found out he is family by marriage. However the most toxic of them all was the manager big Mike what a $hit show. Do not buy a car here. If you somehow choose to do business with these crazy folks make sure you check out the vehicle inside and out every single feature and bring a mechanic because your car may fall apart literally if you can even make it off the lot with an 8oz of gas in the tank. Completely disgusted. I wish I had read more reviews of this place before I went there. Never again, lessons learned.

This place sold me a lemon a few years back..Check engine light literally came on the day after I bought a car from them and had issues with it for months until I finally got rid of it. They also tried to charge me extra fees which I made them refund me for.This was by far the worst car purchase I have ever made. Should have trusted my gut when I felt the vibes of the people here , this is what they warn you of when you purchase from a used car dealer.

Thanks Mike. I'm Def enjoying the truck. It's been a good truck so far as me being the 2nd owner. I understand how the interest works and that it's not up to you. My review was more based on your employee's attitude, which is why I bought from someone else. Added a star because Mike is a nice guy and genuine and honest. If you go there just talk to mike. Added another star because the truck has put in tons of work without any issue other than routine maintenance. I also bought it for less than kbb at the time which was a plus

I have purchased a 2001 BMW Z3 from Cal West Motors last month. It's a nice clean looking, low mile car and came with a clean carfax report. The dealer I had worked with, Brian Casey assured me that there were no issues with the car and that there mechanics do a thorough check of all vehicles before sales. The car drove smoothly and I trusted his word. A few days prior to going back to get my tags and registration from them, I had discoverd paper work from the previous owners mechanic that showed the car had issues that needed attention. upon receiving my tags from Brian, I had informed him of the preexisting issues, all he did was stare at me like a deer in headlights. Mike Casey, whome I belive is his father, came up and asked if there was a problem, in which I had calmly repeated myself adding that I was taking the car to my mechanic and would like to work out some type of compensation. He flat out refused and it was obvious, did not want to discuss it any further. I told him that tey would be getting bad social media reviews and his reply was "do what you have to do" and walked away. After the fact, I had gotten news from my mechanic that the car needs north of $8,000.00 worth of work. More than half of what I paid for the car. This is an ourageus rip off by Cal West Motors. Criminal im my opinion. Will be definitely seeking legal consult on this issue.

Well I was a young mother they help me with my first car and the engine when out they put a brand new engine in the car and they didn't have to do that because I had the car for about thtrty days and it was as is. But it they fare.few years later I ended up totally that car out. Went to call told that I didn't have no money . But needed a car to get back and forth to work. He said go ahead and pick one. There really good guys. And I've been sending people to them every sent thanks guys. Thirty years ago ?
