Ripped me off. Charged $400.00 for an oil change on my R.V. Did it myself this time for $40.00... Don't understand why they did that to me. NEVER AGAIN...

Family owned auto repair that does big trucks. I had a check engine light on my brand new Ford E350 Motor Home. I took the RV back to Camping World where I purchased it, and they said it’s a “Ford Problem” and they’re backedup many months. I went to Fremont Ford, Sunnyvale Ford, Mission Ford, and they could not figure out why there was a check engine light despite Engine Code PO453 - Evap Leak. I was also afraid to take my Ford E350 to non-Ford locations for warranty purposes. As an RV owner - I can’t take my family on long trips I’m good conscience with a check engine light. At C&E’s recommendation, I got Ford Warranties on the phone and was told only Fairfield Ford could work on the Motorhome and they are backed up a few months. I filed a claim to get the vehicle fixed at a non-Ford location which was C&E Trucking.C&E properly diagnosed the vehicle as a bad evap sensor. Unfortunately, the sensor is tied to the fuel system, so fixing it would be a big procedure which was done and the problem finally corrected after two years of driving with a check engine light.I learned something- Fox is a big corporation that doesn’t have the “local, family business touch” to go the extra mile. They probably don’t have the best mechanics as they mass hire. Ford employees themselves couldn’t tell me where to get my Ford vehicle fixed. It’s a HUGE company. They aren’t the best at auto repair. Local shops where the owner is on site are the best. Liz and her Father own C&E and you can feel the “family owned” business trickle through the employees. C&E is a vastly superior auto repair than most shops in the Bay Area. 5 stars ⭐️!!!

This review is very overdue. I had no idea how good these guys were till we set out on a year long adventure in an entirely too old RV. These guys are the reason we made it on a year long adventure coast to coast and then some. I trust this old RV now more than any other old used vehicle I've taken on. I'm sorry I am thanking them so late for keeping our family safe and on the road with zero failures, and surprisingly, no fluid leaks of any kind. If you have an older RV that you aren't sure about mechanically, as we were at the time, please do yourself a favor and take it here. Top notch. You, and the people you love will be safe in your ride.Service: General repairs & maintenance

C&E Auto & Truck Repair got the job DONE. We own Three RVs and a Trailer. One of our RV generator went out and C&E was the only one that was able to repair it for a good price. Liz was wonderful. She kept me in the loop the whole time. They have the skills and knowledge. Definitely, we will be back with all our RV repair needs. 5 Stars for C&E Auto & Truck Repair

Yes, I think they did [an extensive] great job,There are some growing pains, because of a transition. I let them take there time. Whenever you open a can or worms, their's always a glitch. But no worries! I'm glad to have the work completed. I'll go back

If you don't want a great RV repair service, then go somewhere else! If you do, then it's the place for you. And that says it all...

Fair price. Nice guys working there. They work on old and new RV's and willing to just fix it and not ripnit out and buy new stuff

Nice guys. Seemed to do a thorough job. However an oil change, repair on two tail light bulbs and windshield wipers set me back over 600.00 I got a quote from Bruce's Tire for the same and it would have been well under 200.00. Lesson learned.
