While the store had some great finds, there were a few areas that could use improvement. They only have two fitting rooms, which is not enough to meet customer needs and should be addressed. Additionally, the restroom was out of order. I hope this was just a temporary issue, as every establishment needs to have functional restrooms.
On a positive note, the person who greeted us at the front door was very helpful. I wanted to try on some clothes that required the tags to be removed, and he kindly asked his supervisor for approval and took care of it.
One of the main reasons I don't usually shop at Burlington is because the lines are always long. This time, there were three tellers but still a long line of customers, which is another area that needs improvement.
Overall, despite the inconveniences, I did find some great items.

Terrible service, the employees have no respect for their customers, especially when they want to use the bathroom, they say that it is out of order and the workers using them. I found an employee in the bathroom and asked her if my 3-year-old son could use the bathroom and It was an emergency and they said they weren't allowed to use the bathroom so my son couldn't stand it and he got into his clothes.Terrible service, the employees have no respect for their customers, especially when they want to use the bathroom, they say that it is out of order and the workers using them. This is my go to store but lately it’s been not good customer service. This store can improve by providing fitting room and restrooms, Other stores have these things except for this one.A lot of the time I have to go back to return due to sizing. The selection for toddler size is not great. There’s always little to none for toddlers. The good part is they have good selection for work outfits and beauty products and shoes as well.

I recently shopped at Burlington San Leandro and I was impressed by the vast selection and affordable prices. The store had a clean and organized layout, making my shopping experience enjoyable. The staff was helpful and friendly, adding to the positive atmosphere. Overall, I had a great experience and found quality products at fantastic prices.

This Burlington is a hit or miss for clothes for me but I do say this I love to purchase my candles from here ... some little nik nakes ..... a place where I pick up my Amazon... sometimes I have too move some items that are blocking the Amazon Station.. alll in all not a bad place to go for some browsing and cheap buying

We went there looking for a men's coat (having the previous association with Burlington Coat Factory); however, there were no coats in the entire store, and it appeared to now be primarily a re-sale store, like Ross.

Went in to purchase a jacket. Found one I liked that was locked to the rack it was hanging on. I get it, stores have to do this nowadays. I went over to a clerk and asked if someone on the floor could unlock a jacket I want. The guy said yes he would call someone over. I wait for about 10 min, no one came, then finally a lady walking by looked like she worked there, so I asked her if she could help with the jacket. She seemed really nice, told me she needed to get the key to unlock it. So I saw she acknowledged the jacket I wanted, and figured I would go stand in line while she did what she needed to do. Get key unlock jacket, bring to counter for purchase. The line was long, I literally waited 35-40 min before getting up to the register. The whole time I'm in line, I'm looking for the lady who was getting my jacket, wondering why I don't see her. Finally I get up to the register and explained to the guy what the jacket looked like, it was a black and white Guess jacket, with Guess in black letters on each arm. He is looking around and does t see it. The lady happened to walk by so he flagged her over and asked where the jacket was. She said it's over on the rack. There was a Guess jacket, but not the one I wanted. So she's says my bad, I'll go back and get the right jacket. I said I would go with her to make sure she picks the one I wanted. We walk back to the jacket dept and guess what. Jacket is gone. I'm searching every rack I know the jacket I wanted and it's now gone. The manager keeps telling me that she's the only one with a key. I was livid and couldn't believe this manager was pulling this on me. Between me standing in line and her going to get a key for a locked up jacket that is no where to be seen. I waited in line for 40 min and left with nothing zero stars. To customer service responding. How about you check your cameras in the San Leandro store since that's where it was. Look at about 6:30-7:30 pm day of this review, you may find the manager on the floor with the key is guilty, as she put it, "The only one with a key".

I’m waiting 30 minutes in line to buy.. many cashier counter are there but working only 2 cashier working … I’m upset

Do you like waiting in ridiculously long lines? This is the place to do it. No wonder there is so much retail theft, I wish I could just walk out instead of standing behind 50 people and 2 cashier's for ONE item !!!!

Great surface and great shopping experience and great brands, clothes are easy to select since they are labeled by category. Good airco. Fitting rooms seem closed unfortunately, which I find odd for a shop filled with 90pct clothes and shoes.
