HORRIBLE customer service, and also a poor excuse for a blk owned company. They lied about the status of my order as if I didn't know the difference between a "shipping label created vs shipping in transit". This issue could have easily been resolved had I received a courtesy call with a clear explanation as to why my package was continuously delayed, what they were willing to do to accommodate me, or even just a simple apology! but noooo the so called owner got on the phone and had the audacity to have an attitude like somebody was holding on to his money for months with no response.
Please work on how your company communicates with customers, and also a plan of action for conflict resolution. ( this is a BIG when dealing with the public and resolving issues in a timely fashion) because weather or not if I spent $10.00 or $10,000 people are not playing when it comes to their hard earned money. PLEASE GET IT TOGETHER......
I hate leaving negative reviews like this but my ppl have to stop doing this.

Every project I’ve worked on with the BPTC team (both for my business and personal) has come out absolutely amazing. They’ve even been able to pull of some last minute Hail Mary’s making me look like a total rockstar. I’m excited to know they do more than just t-shirts and am excited for some of the projects we have coming up together soon.

Unless you have some knowledge of screen printing or on a budget I would suggest going somewhere else. this Place sent me artwork for approval and then gave me shirts that didn't look like the artwork. I talked to an owner and he said because they didn't do the separations they couldn't stand by their work. And then suggested that I print black on a black shirt which was completely unnecessary since it was being printed on a black shirt. So they messed up my order and then tried to upswell me since they charge $100 a color above their packages. So unless you kno. w about about screen printing they are probably going to try to charge for more colors than is necessary for design. There Is a lack of integrity at this place

I never post, but I feel after the frustration with this company. If I can help others out, then it's worth it. My order was placed online over 3 months ago in March 2023 (paid in full). I was sent t shirt mock up within a few days of the order. Everything was approved and looked good, I was given a delivery of mid April about 24 days (no problem). April came and went, tried to contact them via e-mail and phone. Left multiple messages and e-mails (nothing). So either they are out of business and still taking peoples money or just scamming people. My suggestion try another printing company, currently try to get my money back. Hope this helps.

I highly recommend using Big Printing services for your next project. The staff responded quickly to my printing inquiry, answered all of my questions and helped me meet an extremely tight deliverable timeline. My team was extremely satisfied with the end product.

This company scammed me for $2300+ they do not answer the phone, they are very unprofessional and like to do work for celebrities but steal from their own community. Thanks to the Better Business Bureau I can at least warn others to never do business with this company. Even if they LOOK like YOU, doesnt mean they do good business. Theyve had my money for 3 months with no goods or services rendered or refund. I paid for custom hoodies with patches and custom shirts with patches and we could not even get a quote down. I called off work and drove 11 hrs to see big printing all to pay in full for nothing. They scammed me and now my bank is investigating the transactions.

It started out ok but ended bad and I will never go to them again. Very unprofessional they never have what they offer and they take way to long to get orders back. I lost alot of businesses because of them. I would not recommend them to anyone .....

If you are an up and coming clothing line, AVOID BIG PRINTING AT ALL COSTS!!! They dragged our order out by 3 weeks!! Because of that, my own business was put on hold for 2-3 months. Judging by the rest of the low reviews on google, this is not a new game that they play. Be cautious, be aware, and RESEARCH for a better manufacturing company !

Made an order for hats for a clothing line that I’m starting. Thats hats were supposed to be ready in 4 weeks. They were NOT ready in the 4 weeks. When I called, customer service was rude and unprofessional. They told me to wait another 2 weeks. After 6 weeks my hats were still not ready and they did NOT have the hats I ordered so customer service told me to re-do my order and wait 6 more weeks. Customer service was rude, hung up the phone on me when I asked to cancel my order. They still don’t answer me. HORRIBLE & UNPROFESSIONAL Business.
