From start to finish, they did an absolutely Fantastic Job. From the quoting process to delivery, Fatima was a pleasure to work with. Her installation Staff was very professional as well as very courteous. Hands down they are one of the most reliable, honest, and price competitive signage companies you will work with. Top it off with high quality products that they utilize, they are a Gem in the Sign Installation business.

Our businesses sign was damaged in a storm and prior to that I really wanted to replace it after we have been using the same one for over 19 years. It was old and dated prior to being damaged. I started messaging businesses on yelp to search for a company that could assist me in replacing our sign. I encountered one flaky business after another. Some that clearly under quoted me then didn't respond back. Others that wanted a form of payment prior to even working with me. Others didn't respond at all. Bay signs was very responsive and were able to accommodate all my needs. They designed our new sign perfectly and even worked to do a last minute request prior to building it. The biggest challenge was working with the city to obtain a permit to install a new sign. The process was long and painful however they stuck with it and kept following up to ensure we would obtain it. Overall I'd highly recommend them.

I had been through a half a dozen, or so, online so called decal printers when I decided to go local. The online printers advertised no job too small, or some advertising similar. However, when it came down to actually getting any work done, there was this stipulation, or that requirement, and then quantity was the biggest issue. The online printers wanted me to sign up for thousands of prints that I would never be able to get rid of. It seemed to me that I needed to get to someone local and explain exactly what I needed. I got to Bay Signs and was able to talk to a live human being who understood exactly what I wanted. The price was reasonable and there work was done quickly, efficiently and professionally. I supplied Bay Signs with some printable files that I had made online, this probably made things go quicker, but Bay Signs have designers that are proficient in making print ready files on photoshop, etc. I would recommend them for all printing needs.

We just done our store sign at Industrial Pkwy W. It was a great experience we have, and work with Aaleyah and her team. They are knowledgeable and profession from Layout to the finished. Highly recommend to other business owners or people involved for their need business signs.

Aaleyah and her team were great to work with. We just moved to a street front building and needed a new sign. Aaleyah has helpful in the design, sizing, and knowledgeable of the city requirements. During their initial visit, they helped us brainstorm more signage: our inside logo, front door signs, and window banners listing our services/products. The end result was fantastic! We love ALL the signs they produced for us. We would definitely recommend Bay Signs to any business needing signage. Thank you, Bay Signs!

This review is long overdue ! We have been dealing with Bay Signs for years and they have always done a great job! Recently our food trailer was stolen, all of our banners were in there. Went to Bay Signs on a Friday, maybe spent an hour in there re doing our signs, they were ready Monday morning ! We made a lot of changes to our signs and they came out great ! Fatima is a great person to work with!
