Furniture company that doesn't know how to give proper measurements. Took the afternoon off and rented a truck to get a 72" desk from them. Their description clearly stated that. It is in fact a 60" desk. Waste of time.....

We have dealt with Bay Area Installations for several years now. The office furniture supplied exceeded our expectations and the price was tremendous. We are customers for life and will continue to buy all of our office furniture here. Highly recommended.

Beware their crew are THIEVES.We were working for a state dept. moving them to another building on several phase job. We Mistakenly left some equipment on site and they claimed it as theirs. When I explained to the older worker that was lying about it, This was ours with our markings that matched our Other equip. we jus brought. He continued to say it was theirs. Even when I pointed out the fact that theirs was a different color!?!BEWARE IF THESE GUYS WILL STEAL FROM US IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMER...what happens when no one is looking?!?!Pick another co.

I paid an additional several hundred dollars to the company that I purchased new office furniture from for Bay Area Installation to deliver, assemble and install the furniture. My furniture sat at their warehouse in San Leandro for 2 1/2 weeks with no contact. The company I purchased the furniture from could not even reach them. Day prior to delivery, Tommy calls and says tomorrow between 8am and 12pm, PERFECT! I have the old furniture cleared out and hauled away. Delivery day, 12:45pm rolls around and Tommy's number goes straight to voicemail, with a full voicemail that hangs up on me. The number he called me from, different from the one he provided me, is forwarded to the number provided me - Can you guess what happens now? I get no rings and straight to a voicemail that is full and hangs up on me ... again. Call the furniture company, they reach Tommy and he calls me to promise I will have my chairs delivered, assembled and installed between 2pm-2:30pm. It's now 3:00pm and I've missed a personal appointment. I visit the website, which is nicer than expected. Call the number under Contact Us and it's busy. It's never not busy. Case in point - do not use these folks, they are flaky, completely unorganized and unprofessional.

They do not know how to assemble a Reception Desk. The two guys that came in to put together this desk asked a random person in the office on how you want it assemble. First you should know how to do your job and if you want directions...ask the person that placed the order. There were two missing center drawers and the manager said to me via email that no. Nothing was missing and if want the orientation of the desk reverse I will need to pay again. First you should assemble furniture the way it is on the manual/picture on the website. Second you should not be asking random people how to do your job.
