San Leandro Farnsworth is by far my favorite bank to go to where they treat you very well. They are very friendly. I can’t say I’ve had the same experience with other branches as they are often rude or extremely rude to the point where I’ve thought twice about removing my money and closing my account. But this bank is more pleasant to the point where I had changed my mind. If I ever needed to go into a branch for whatever reason, I would definitely just make time to go here.

Bank of the West was very good. The new name BMO sucks hind teat. Want to be able to log in -- naah, why would you want that. I've been there several times since my post of 9/22. They'll be friendly but totally ineffective. You'll walk out with the same problem you walked in with. What's worse is that they'll change your username and tell you to change your password. If you don't want to link to a data suck cell phone, you're screwed. Even when you do link, nothing works. It's become clear I have to set up all my automatic deposits and payments with another bank. I've been with them for over 30 years, but what good is a bank that you can't access. I'm hoping to find one that still recognizes that I'm the customer. They pay nothing on my deposits. They charge other borrowers more than a power of ten to borrow that money.

All the people that works inside this bank are very friendly they're more like family members than employees there's a lady there named Jennifer that helps me a lot she's very informative very professional and she has a very good sense of humor Besides the bank manthere's when I show up there to do my business they recognize me and they call me by my 1st name it is just like going back come you you know that everybody there is looking out for your best interest And your bank account they even celebrate your birthday and in me that's a very special place to do business.

Want to give a shout out to both Carmen and Mohammed for helping me with some sticky issues concerning an account. They resolved them quickly, courteously and professionally. These issues could not be resolved online and it was great to be able to have in-person help that resolved the issues.

Don't open account with them! I was with them for 8yrs plus now! I started using them cause they had good service in the beginning but as time passed they started deterioting, rude service people, they seem to want to help or do their job, to a point they will close your account without your consent and the money In the account is no where to be found??!! calling the service center is helpless they will direct you to a physical store which still can't give you answer as to where your money went!! Dont open accounts with Bank of West!I cancelled all my other family members accounts too!Its ridiculous to cancel clients account without their consent!There are many other good banks offering way better service than this! Such a disappointment!No stars if possible!

Was in a bit of a jam and didn't know how to handle it. Needed help, and didn't know who to ask. I walked in the Farnsworth Branch and Mohammad Yusuf welcomed me and let me know he would handle it for me. Afterwards, he told me "I hope it all works out man." Totally blew me away! I never thought of changing banks. After this experience, I remembered why. Thanks Yusuf. And thanks Bank of the West.

The Atm shorted me 200 dollers and this bank won't take responsibility for the money that is dispensed out the ATM . On 01/07/2020 I with drew 1,500 from the AtM . That atm despensed1,300 . I counted and told the bank they said to call my card . The card said money in mine and go to the bank it's there responsibility to replenish my money .the bank won't admit there Atm shorted me 200 on January 7th ,2020.
