I love Bank Of The West and this branch in particular. Always helpful and I've been with them for years. Hoping nothing changes when they switch over to BMO next month

I have no problem with this branch when it's open. Unfortunately this, and a few other branches (Castro valley, Fruitvale), have been extremely spotty in their hours lately.

Can't take bonds on the weekends? Awesome, the only time I am free to visit the bank, and you can't do simple bank stuff on the weekends.
