Was told i could Not enter the branch as they have 0 tellers today. One of the largest financial institutions in the United States and no tellers? Unacceptable, ridiculous and borderline unethical/illegal. Will be moving all of my Funds out of Bank of America/ Merrill lynch

There is a sign said “Business Client” line, I stand there, the tellers and customer yelling at me saying not open! first of all, remove the sign! The sign is clip on! It is not my fault you don’t have enough tellers! Why do I have to stand in line with $10k cash on hand? If I get rob, the insurance ain’t covering me!

10 stars for Jackie she went above and beyond for me help me deposit my money got me ready for my decrit deposit and even set up my mobile app pay account she made everything so easy and understandable all while being so sweet and nice she made me feel more then just a costumer 16 years with Wells Fargo I never got that type of hospitality glad I made the change and glad Jackie was the one too assist me.

Putrid service. Time is of the essence as I have 6 to 8 months to live per kaiser. I must sell my car to raise money for staggering caretaker costs every week. My pink slip is in Fairmount branch, San leandro, CA. My sister has the Original of my DURABLE POWER OF ATTORNEY FOR MANAGEMENT OF PROPERTY AND PERSONAL AFFAIRS dated 3/25/2010, signed by attorney Steven C. Dimick.In the power of attorney I nominate and appoint my sister, maria, and notarized before Marianne Dimick.Armed with that legal document plus my driver's license and hers, she walks in to the bank, wanting to close out the safe deposit box.In spit of having All the bona fides to accomplish this request they told her their "legal" dept had to view it, Even though it was CLEAR FROM THE ORIGINAL POER that my sister was fully and legally authorized to act for me in the case of my health.I was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer about 4 weeks ago. I am bedbound and on oxygen and rely on caretakers 8 hrs dIly. They are costly! I need to sell my car, whose pink slip is in that ba safe deposit box.The ba would not cooperate and Continue to be wretchedness inept in serving the public. I STILL don't have the contents of my box. B/a continues to AcCT like a jersey. Avoid at All costs!!!

If I can leave 0 stars I would. I came to cash a check, the banker VISUALLY looked at the checks and said no can do signatures are OFF. She didn't even attempt to scan it through. I went to a different bank close to my home in San Bruno as I was only there for my parents. The San Bruno tellers did a proper check and it was cleared through the actual system rather than a VISUAL CHECK ALONE. they did double verification. Now why would you guys mess with people and their money like that? Unacceptable.

This is the absolute worst BoA location I've ever been to. I've tried to come here for simple transactions twice and both times have been awful. They never have enough tellers and the manager doesn't even try to help with the flow of people, even when the wait was over 39mins. It's actually terrible.

Slow and rude. Great response B of A very typical of your business ethics. Tell a customer in short " have a problem in one of your banks then dont come in. Great attitude. But your getting close, I an planning on not comming in any more of your rude sloppy service. There are plenty of other banks Provident credit union is polite and helpful and offers as much as you do...

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. The managers here need to staff properly. They have 1 teller and 1 business client teller. We have been waiting over 1 hour for a simple cashiers check. They have multiple bank employees just walking around and asking what people need but then just walking away. There was no help for the tellers. As i am leaving a crowd has gathered outside. No idea how they will manage this storm. This bank does not help the elderly very well. Poor customer service if you are over 55. They are limiting the number of people in doors for covid but are not enforcing mask standards. Make it make sense. This is the worst bank I have ever been too.

Not impressed with today's outcome. Went in to talk to a manager or rep to get a check cashed that has two names on it. He told me they were short staffed and there were no reps and to make an appointment(which is fine), but I asked him who are all these people in cubicles? He than sighed and asked me what I needed, couldn't even get two words in and he walked away to help the front. Was told to sit and wait, as he came back out he just ignored us, so we left. Not super happy with this bank to be honest.8/11/22Much better experience, got everything handled, manager was really nice and understanding this time. Talked to us about what happened and our issues were solved. So I did wanna say I felt much better about the over all experience.
