I been a customer with them more than 8 years I want a void check or a bank latter the manger didn’t help me said call customers service for support that they don’t do anything like that in the branch don’t go there WASTE your time do you wanna help

Just left this location, it closes at 5. It's 3:35, had an Asian woman ask me if I was the 3:30 appointment. I said no, just needed to add my kids to my account. She said, "would you like to schedule an appointment? We both have appointments and may get to the walk ins if our appointments are a no show." I respond and say, "Okay can I wait to see if they show up? Her next response is, "they normally show up." Don't come here as a walk in unless you are seeing a teller

My mother goes into the branch with "cash" only $50 and my checking account number. The manager Angel rejects the deposit. She told my mother they do not accept cash deposits and she had to return with a check. Huh? When did banks stop accepting cash? Next the post office will stop accepting mail and the garbage company will deliver garbage instead of picking it up. This is outrageous.

Zero Stars!! Worst customer service ever it had been getting bad I went up to the teller asking questions about transferring from BoA to my credit union. How would I do that since I'm able to transfer from my credit union to Bank of America no problem online.Mr Phillip Doos told me to Zelle it to get a phone # or e-mail but I told him it was a Credit Union, Finally, he said talk to an agent waited for an agent another gentleman, Mr.Douglas Tran asked me what I was waiting for I explained and he said I should just call the 800 number and just follow directions pushing me to do everything online instead of getting me help defeating the whole purpose of me walking into the B o A for customer service, in case I had any other questions or anything Or to do a wire transfer when I told them no thank you can I ask for their names to write the review and they said they'll get somebody to help me . No thanks I just left,One-off the reason I do most of my banking at the credit union better customer service.I been here over 20 something years too.

This bank is ridiculous!!! I would not set foot in there if I didn't have to for someone who's unable to go themself. The line is ALWAYS long, and there may be 2 tellers MAX, while others are sitting around just waiting for a customer to come in. It's hard to believe they couldn't jump in to help the lines when needed.

Being at the bank at 1:58 pm nobody’s here to serve. The tellers are all empty. And they said to wait for 10 minutes. What are ridiculous service they have at this bank. I’ve been coming here for the last 20 years. Every time I see service going down the hall.

This bank is understaffed. Says they opened at 9am, right when they opened I was told they had no staff until 9:45. The ONE teller they do have is not trained properly. They take about 10-15 min per customer. There are other workers in the building that don't seem to care about the customers. Never coming back to this branch. Not recommended.

Its about time you closed this dump please fire whoever's in charge every time one teller no management don't come here you will be mad sometimes its randomly closed because they can't get one teller in to work

They have 8 employees here. But only one that’s a teller. Asked manager if they could add another and he says nothing he can do. And shushes me. They don’t care about giving your money back. They just want new customers. One star is too generous.

I wish there was a zero star I could give. This is the worst managed bank I’ve ever seen in my life. I don’t often go to an actual branch but today I had to get a cashier’s check and after 35 minutes in line, I was able to get it, there was a line of people stretching outside the building and the literally had only one window open while the managers and others were just looking at people. They’re very rude and have no concept of customer service. Don’t go here.
