If you rate bad service received once, why don't you rate the good service received most of the time? Everywhere. This might not be a perfect bank, but are you a perfect human? I'm not even a perfect germ myself. Just saying.

For the consultation part,it is not yet fully staff like pre pandemic. But equitable. Main lobby is not congested for the tellers.Appointments do needed. Bank closed at 4:00PM. Saturday is closed.Staffs are very helpful.
