Just left this location, it closes at 5. It's 3:35, had an Asian woman ask me if I was the 3:30 appointment. I said no, just needed to add my kids to my account. She said, "would you like to schedule an appointment? We both have appointments and may get to the walk ins if our appointments are a no show." I respond and say, "Okay can I wait to see if they show up? Her next response is, "they normally show up." Don't come here as a walk in unless you are seeing a teller

My mother goes into the branch with "cash" only $50 and my checking account number. The manager Angel rejects the deposit. She told my mother they do not accept cash deposits and she had to return with a check. Huh? When did banks stop accepting cash? Next the post office will stop accepting mail and the garbage company will deliver garbage instead of picking it up. This is outrageous.

Zero Stars!! Worst customer service ever it had been getting bad I went up to the teller asking questions about transferring from BoA to my credit union. How would I do that since I'm able to transfer from my credit union to Bank of America no problem online.Mr Phillip Doos told me to Zelle it to get a phone # or e-mail but I told him it was a Credit Union, Finally, he said talk to an agent waited for an agent another gentleman, Mr.Douglas Tran asked me what I was waiting for I explained and he said I should just call the 800 number and just follow directions pushing me to do everything online instead of getting me help defeating the whole purpose of me walking into the B o A for customer service, in case I had any other questions or anything Or to do a wire transfer when I told them no thank you can I ask for their names to write the review and they said they'll get somebody to help me . No thanks I just left,One-off the reason I do most of my banking at the credit union better customer service.I been here over 20 something years too.

This bank is understaffed. Says they opened at 9am, right when they opened I was told they had no staff until 9:45. The ONE teller they do have is not trained properly. They take about 10-15 min per customer. There are other workers in the building that don't seem to care about the customers. Never coming back to this branch. Not recommended.

The people working in this branch is especially slow. I just came here to open a new checking account, and guest what, i wasted two hours waiting in the lobby for nothing. The person just told me to wait 5 mins and I will be the next. then 45 mins later, she told me the same thing. Shitting person don't respect other person's time. And I will have to come back another time. Don't recommend any one wants to visit this place and wasting time.

Like always ..... long line and only (2) tellers. I think instead spending all $$ to remodel the bank, use that $$ to hire more tellers..... that way you keep your customers. Like this way you will have no customers in near future...... so why having luxury nice boots without customers

The worst bank ever, unprofessional staff the worst manager ever Douglas Tran. Never have i experienced this kind of rudeness and lack of service. Save yourself time and DO NOT BANK WITH THEM!

Very bad management and customer service. The temp outside was almost 90 and people in line got grilled and they allow only 3 people in the bank. The bank has lot of space to maintain 6 feet distance but for some reason they allowing ONLY 3 people in the bank. None of the managers came out to check on customers and I asked the security why 3 people only allowed to be in although there are lot of space for additional at least 3-4 people, simply he said if you don't like it you can leave! As if as I am here to ask for their money!! Very unprofessional service and management. SWITCH TO OTHER BANK

Always NO money on drive through? I went 3X week. Still No money on ATM drive thru!! Please tell the Manager to check cash flow on ATM Machines!

No wonder why they have this rating. I wasn't able to cash out my check from this bank. Carlos, who was no help at all. He wasn't really helping at all. Or their system is build to not accept cashing the checks out. They wanted me to deposit my check and will take longer to process then they will charge me with the over draft. The costumer service out here is horrible. They should close this branch.

As I was standing in line on a busy Saturday, I was approached by Angel and asked if I needed to make a deposit. I told her I needed a direct deposit form and a temporary debit card. She immediately took me out of the line and brought me to Bertha's office. Luckily, the 12pm appointment did not show and was able to help me. I had a few questions regarding my accounts and Bertha answered with great explanation. I was surprised with the customer service that I recieved today and wanted to give a shout out to these lovely ladies!

The current Branch Manager at this location is extremely unprofessional and doesn't follow privacy laws. She is unwelcoming and act as though she is above helping customers. I only gave a one star because i could not leave a zero.

Basically what everyone else says, every single time I come in here I'm in line for 40 plus minutes. They have a bunch of workers here who are literally standing around laughing and smiling w each other while people like myself are sitting and waiting for loans, small business, etc... and then aren't even greeted but looked at and ignored. What a joke of an establishment time to find another branch or a new bank smh
