I've been here many times since my phone service is with AT&T. Always super thankful for the attentive customer service here. Two occasions that have stood out to me:1. Last year, when my phone for some reason failed to respond to cellular data, I rushed coming here, and Isabella saved my phone and gave me a new SIM card for free in 5 minutes!2. Most recently, I was upgrading to my new phone, and Jose helped me make sure that I switched to eSim on my new phone properly, and helped me proper dispose of my old sim card. He was very patient and kind!AMAZING customer service here in Downtown San Leandro!

It was a great experience. All of our needs were met. Loved the superior customer service. Marion was hilarious. Just when I was having a bad day, he made it seem like the problem never existed, and he didn't even know it. My brother and I were happy the whole day. It must be wonderful to work beside such a wonderful and intergetic individual! Have a great week, Marion and team!

My family and I visited this store where the representative was initially kind but neglected to inform us about the various plan options available. As a result, we were unknowingly committed to a 36-month plan without being offered any alternatives. Upon discovering that more advantageous deals existed, we attempted to discuss this issue with the manager. However, the manager, whose name begins with a J (or at least she told us she was the manager, but had no name tag which is against company policy), was dismissive and accused us of lying, despite not being present during our initial interaction. She refused to provide her name when we wanted to file a complaint, dismissively telling us to "no, that's okay, have a nice day" in a rude manner and walking away. It was apparent she avoided giving her name to evade accountability for her behavior.Additionally, this manager displayed unprofessional conduct by flirting with customers and casually remarking about her lack of commitment to her job, suggesting she wouldn't be working there much longer. This experience raises concerns about the hiring standards at AT&T, as such behavior is not only unprofessional but also embarrassing for the company.

I experienced some of the most outstanding customer service I’ve had in a long time from the thoroughness of my technician Marion in the San Leandro ATT store!! Although I’ve been to and have access to other locations, I will never go anywhere else!!!!!

Horrible customer service! As a former employee I had few questions and I know how to use the system. Employee with no badge and no desire to help whatsoever. Kicked me out and I didn’t even ask much help. I think her name was Jocelyn or Vani. No business cards or way to address a question. Many customers at the storewere ignored. Also not appropriate clothing attire. She was wearing hoodie and didn’t look professional. I’ve been store manager for att for 5 years and this is unacceptable. I’m sorry for all the customers that have to deal with it.

Richard was probably the most rude and unhelpful rep I have met as an At&t customer. For anyone in sales to condesend to a customer and make them feel guilty or stupid for asking product questions you should be fired or not in a customer facing role.Questions I asked in succession:I asked to upgade to a glaxay 23. Richard scoffed that I didn't want to wait for the Galaxy 24 coming out presumably on the 17th but could not provide further details.I asked about the promotion available with trade in for the galaxy 23.When asking clarifying questions about the promotion because I share a plan, I was treated like an idiot .Richard's Response:"well you can call the fair trade commission and complain to them. They'll say the same thing, 'read the fine print' "

The rep that was able to help me and my mom approached us in the store. Spoke to us kindly and made sure he heard us out about all the issues we were having. He explained everything great and fixed everything the way we wanted. I needed my bill added to my moms plan and add discounts.

Carla in the San Leandro store was OUTSTANDING!!! She set up my new phone and transferred everything from my old phone plus answered every question that I had in great detail. Thanks to her I am up and running.
