Silvia was AMAZING!! It felt like having your own style consultant. She was so attentive. I never had to leave the dressing room to get new sizes. And she brought me stuff that she thought would look good on me and it did!!! She wasn’t pushy at all but just super helpful and made shopping in person actually enjoyable. I was nervous to come in dreading trying things on and increasing sizes. But she made it fun and quick! Thank you again Silvia! You’re wonderful!!

Ann Taylor doesn’t offer free return labels or tell you that your can’t return items online to a factory store location. Very silly to make their customers jump through so many hoops

When I went there were 25-50% off sales on everything. Lots of great designs and great materials used for cloth. Very short on staff with just 3 people in store, but they were very helpful and helped us get what we wanted.The store layout is kind of annoying. Would be nicer if they could just put all tops together, all sweaters together etc. They seem to organize by recency of style. Maybe some people care for that. Seemed like a nuisance to me.

Store is organized and clean but a bit small. The petite section is limited which is typical for Ann Taylor.

I love this place. It's really the only place I shop. I've always had pleasant interactions with the staff and I'm a regular. I hope they never close.

Nice clothes but pricey unless sale, not always my size available. Also quite often cars driving through parking lot do not make you feel safe. Even in crosswalk ?

My Ann Taylor visit was a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. I've been uying clithes from Ann Taylors for a few years now, but when I went there yesterday I was disappointed. In the past Ann Taylor clothing line was CLASSY, SEXY and Professional. I thought I was in a THRIFT STORE. The clothes looked gloomy, old fashion and CHEAP. I'm not sure who orders the clothes and put them on the manicans, only thing I saw was worth buying where the under garments. I bought thise same undergarments 2 years ago. I have a Comenity Credit Card and I'm going to pay off my balance and close my account.

Costumer service is bad, they're rude and of course they seem to act based on your looks. I am always running around and most of the times in comfy clothes and shoes. I still go on my business but a noticed many times that they barely say "hello" and never ask if I need help. But comes in a lady in pants and heals and wow the difference in attitude is very noticeable. Anyways, I am most like closing down my line credit and stop buying Ann Taylor, I do like the clothing but as a company I am very dissatisfied and disappointed. I bought this pants that were defective (stitching) but did not notice after a few times I wore. I email them, twice, no response. I called, they say call the store. I did and they said they are not responsible and can't do anything if item has no tags and such. I do understand that, but there's times when people genuinely don't flip clothes inside out and check carefully for all stitching and details. COME ON! I did not asked for money back, just a replacement, and it was the very first time. Now I'm doing all my shopping at EXPRESS (they did replace a defective item, same story.) BANANA REPUBLIC also good quality. And, remember to flip inside out and examine very carefully before taking tags off ladies. SMH!
