Jeff was responsive and was able to come to my work to install my rear door window that had been broken into. He has the best price and vacuumed up all the debris. He was quick, and a great guy and did fantastic job!

I called this business at 7am desperate to get my car window fixed after a thief broke it the previous night. He quoted me, $315, which thought was a good deal because it was lower than my deductible. He set me up with an appointment for the day after I called between 9-10am. During our call, I told him I was very nervous about my car being stolen because my window was broken and he responded ,"don't lose sleep over it". A condescending response. Fast forward to the day of my appointment, panicking, I called because I hadn't heard from him since our conversation. I called twice, no answer. So I figured he wasn't showing up. I called another business, and they quoted me a lower price, $295. Jeff then called me back and stated, "yesterday when he went to go pick up the part for my vehicle, they couldn't find it.". I said to him, "you should've called me yesterday and told me that". He then stated, "he could go and pick it up now if I wanted." Very unprofessional, I hung up the phone because I had found a lower price. Don't waste your time with this business..

Jeff was amazing. Old school service and very skilled. He's better than all the ones that advertise on tv. Came right to my house and made short work of my broken window machinery. What a blessing.

Jeff took my call, set up time to meet. One of his technicians came out to our job site,removed my windshield , replaced it and left the vehicle clean. Jeff's mobile glass was less expensive than the other quotes I got . They were on time, very professional and clean.Thank you Jeff .

This review is long overdue, but Kru is the BEST! My quarter window was broken and it turns out that because my car is a new model and there are supply issues, there were a total of THREE replacement pieces in the U.S. for my particular car. Needless to say, I called around and nobody could help me (or even return my messages, in most cases). Not only did Kru go above and beyond to find the glass for my car, he kept me in the loop throughout the process. It looked like it was going to be months before I was able to get the window replaced, but within a week, he found the glass and even came to my work and replaced the glass in about 10 minutes. He is so friendly and kind and took care of business. If this ever happens again, god forbid, I am not wasting my time calling around. I'll go straight to Kru.

Company was responsive and patient with all of my questions about quality, installation, warranties, etc. Felt comfortable that I was going with someone who has experience, knows what they were doing and not trying to pull anything over on me. Very communicative and transparent. Scheduling had to change because quality of first windshield he received had a defect in quality, so he had to order a new one. Next one had a tint vs my 'original' did not- allowed frank discussion on whether this was good, bad , etc and allowed my choice to move forward or order new one. Went with the tint and found that my 'original' was a replacement that occurred at dealer before I rec'd car. Good experience. Am happy with the result.

I had a couple of car windows smashed, and the small triangle window was out of stock at most places. I called a bunch of places, and American Auto Glass was one of only two places that was able to locate the hard to find window. Not only did Kru come to my house and fix my windows the same day, but his price was very reasonable. He did a great job installing the new windows and cleaning up all the broken glass. He even gave me some recommendations regarding my windshield. I definitely recommend this business!

Some asshole decided to break into my car and just obliterated my rear drivers side window. Left glass in the interior and all over the place! I was reccommended through my Farmer's insurance agent, they didn't know what they were talking about giving Jeff the wrong part number and all of that. He was great, he double checked to make sure that I had the right window part and everything! This man knows what he's doing! Extremely friendly with a great attitude. He pretty much completed the job within 2 hours which was completely reasonable. I would and will be definitely be going to him for any window needs to be fixed in the future! He was very thorough and cleaned up the entire car from glass.Thank you my friend, I will be back I'm sure.

Replaced front passenger window on Audi Q5 today. 11:20am Discovered last night's break-in 11:58am Texted Kru with a picture and details 12:13pm Kru responded could be done same-day for LOW $$ 12:18pm I replied "yes" and asked "approx when?" 12:22pm Kru replied "waiting on confirm of glass availability" 12:35pm Kru said be there in 20 minutes 1:30pm New glass installed; broken glass vacuumed up 1:33pm Paid Kru via Zelle 1:34pm Kru was gone. Wow. Great experience. And cheaper than my deductible!

These 5-star reviews are truly testament of Kru's service. I got response to my query the same night and smashed window replaced the next day in 30 minutes (thank you Oakland for stealing my kid's book bag and my swim trunks!). Kru even drove to San Jose to pickup the OEM glass from the dealership where as some other shop told me that they could install it for me if I get the glass myself... Oh well...

I had my car window smashed and I called on a Saturday morning. They got back to me very quickly and asked me questions about my vehicle. I filed a claim with my insurance and sent it to them, so the deductible wasn't very expensive. They came to my car later that day to fix the window and cleaned up all the smashed glass inside my car in 30 minutes. They are really communicative and service is great - would highly recommend to anyone in the area!
