1st visit: 8 -12 (called at 11 said it would be 1 - 3), called at 2 and said it would be 4 -6. Showed up with the wrong windshield molding ~ couldn’t install, ordered new windshield. 6 days later emailed and asked if I was still interested. Called to cancel, they begged me to allow them to come in the morning and apologized. Showed up at 9:30 and replaced windshield. I helped them with a battery for their tool, provided a nut that was dropped into engine, allowed a bathroom visit and gave them a bottle of water each. They were very kind and proficient. They gifted me a bottle of glass cleaner. Follow-up: molding fell out of window and put black on my paint and pin striping. I visited Safelite to get a second opinion. They said the window Hass to be replaced because it wasn’t originally glued in. I asked why and they said they were probably in a hurry. I opened a new claim for my paint and will be getting my windshield replaced by Safelite. fortunately, State Farm insurance is going to cover the cost to redo it.

I was greeted by a kind technician who took my car in. Ladies in the office were sweet and efficient. The job was to take 2-3 hrs but received a call an hour and a half in saying it was ready, yes early!

Leaving more than 1 star because they still did the service and of how they were nice enough to have accommodated me for coming in at the wrong appointment time. However, my appointment was 4 weeks ago, where I was having my windshield replaced. At this time they accidentally broke my rear view mirror , they apologized and promised to replace it and will follow up sometime in the week to fix it. The week goes by and I don’t hear anything, I call the following Monday and they tell me that they had someone working on my issue but do not know exactly what the time frame would be. They also said I would receive a call back on a timeline update that same day. The day went by as well as the rest of the week. It is now 4 weeks without a call and have been driving without a rear view mirror thinking that I would get it replaced as they had promised. Not only that, the windshield replacement has some glass warping in different areas that I was hoping to bring up to them but they never reached out to me about the rear view mirror replacement as they promised. There were also new scratches on my passenger window that I noticed after the service. If you have any problem that arises with their services, don’t expect a call back, because they will not follow up with you.

Great price, great service. Jose was awesome! AGS was 1/3rd the price of the place my insurance company recommended (I paid out of pocket, NOT through insurance) These guys will certainly be my go to glass place for now on. Office staff was really nice & friendly too. PS they've moved to Viking street in Hayward Google/Yelp might not have fully updated yet

The three ladies at the main reception area are nothing short of charming and damn right efficient considering they are forever dealing with urgent and important and did I mention urgent. There is a lot of waiting to get a window for your car. Nothing to do with these guy but literally that there are very few approved suppliers globally. Patience will have to become your virtue. On the meantime my virtue was helped by having the window professionally " wrapped " /selophaned Then you réalise how much noise absorption your window does - even my tiny quarter one at the back.

Took 2.5hrs to replace my windshield and calibrate the auto rain sensor. Excellent focus and professional!
