Buck and his crew of All City Moving and Storage have prime property waiting for them in Heaven.We had a very difficult move with two properties having simultaneous closings and many challenges created by real estate agents. Buck was flexible and creatively managed the obstacles.All City Moving and Storage provided a clear estimate and contract. Great experience moving with Buck & ACM team on our move from Walnut Creek, CA to Dallas, TX in early May 2022. Quick responses, clear estimate and contract. Very good communication before and during move. Great crew with NAVL did the actual move, and almost beat us to our new house!

Cannot say enough good things about this company. From the initial contact with Buck to the actual move day, I couldn't ask for better service.... The crew that came to my house were professional, polite and most importantly, careful with our belongings. Once our things were on the road to our new home in Oregon, the driver, Ryan, was great about keeping us updated with his ETA. I recommend this company highly.

I really wanted to be able to give All City a higher rating and in some areas I would say the rating could be higher. In trying to be fair I am settling on 2 stars.We had a complex move from home to storage to new home in a neighboring city. This meant that our goods were handled 4 times instead of 2. That certainly impacted the results.Buck was very promising to work with and members of the crew were good. Others not so much. We had very inconsistent packing where fragile things were packed with little or no cushioning and unfragile things had no support or cushion in boxes. We experienced several items of breakage that could not be repaired. We had a few items that completely disappeared, hence we assume they were taken since we have been assured that the storage area was completely cleared. A number of wood furnishings had scratches which means they were never properly packed.There were instances of a weird disregard for our belongings that we could not explain under any circumstances. One very odd thing was that the movers packed an EMPTY (I had emptied it) ANTIQUE chest of drawers with very heavy coffee table books. Totally UNEXPLAINABLE but very upsetting.Unfortunately, these kinds of experiences left a sour taste and I would not recommend this mover unless you can provide extensive and constant supervision.

All City Movers and Don Lee are low down crooks. He purposely sent two men to pick up my furniture and boxes and they had no idea how to pack furniture. My things were delivered 3 weeks late, and the furniture was scratched and a couple of pieces were ruined. He also helped himself to a case of my wine, and two large outdoor pots that were quite valuable. When I called them to complain, he laughed. He lied about the price of the move and never showed me the actual weight of my items. The worst company and the worst person, Don Lee!

I had a great experience with Buck and All City. Buck was very responsive and answered my many questions fully and promptly, and the team he assembled was excellent. This was my first real move in 27 years and it was across state lines, so I had plenty of concerns, but the entire process went smoothly and without incident. 5 stars for sure.

Moving from the CA Bay Area to WA state 50 miles from Seattle is a lot of work and they were absolutely wonderful!! All other options we'd explored fell through, including pods, and we were running out of time. Don Lee and Buck Knoll are great people who worked closely with us and checking in often to make sure things were moving forward. We had a specific budget and Buck helped us get all our stuff up to WA safely as well as in our price range! Both crews in each state were nice and so fun to work with. Unfortunately we didn't get names of our loading crew in CA; however, Buck and his wife Kimberly personally delivered our furniture to WA, along with an amazing crew of Kyler, Todd and Pat. I highly recommend these guys, they are a partner of North American Van lines and took all the stress out of out move!!

I wish I could give this company a 10STAR. I shopped around and All City Moving was the best pricing for our move. Not only is the price great This company under Bucks ownership is very reliable, professional, friendly, etc. Bucks employees you can tell really care about their job. They are hard workers. We had a large race car garage that needed to be packed up. Bucks employees were amazing and packed the entire job. It would have taken my husband weeks to complete. The rest of the house was moved with such care. As if it were their own. I highly recommend this company for your move. They are TEN STARS all the way
